Kimberly Ward said:Of course you don't have any [results], because every doctor is just going to send you off for more tests. That scarring didn't happen because of this. The damage was already there from before. If nothing shows up, they'll just pull out the CSF. Honestly, stop listening to people on the internet. You should've gotten a discharge summary when you were at the ER. And get that CSF checked. As for how I'm doing? Just use your head for a second. Brain scarring shows up on MRIs, VEP, EEG, and all that. What was the actual stressor before all that happened? And seriously, stop telling them it's caused by this, otherwise they aren't going to take you seriously and will just send you away.
Why won't you give us the full story about your trip to the ER? Like, why exactly did you go? (And please, leave the Torecan talk out of it).
brightwalker32 said:I am seriously sick. I’m not even 24 yet, and I’m dealing with symptoms usually seen in 80-year-olds suffering from frontotemporal dementia. I’m terrified I won't even make it to 40 because of this damage. I'm scared I'll die young and miserable from dementia, just like people I've met online who suffered similar brain damage. These symptoms have completely wrecked my life. My quality of life is nonexistent. This is totally inhumane!!! I'm suffering like an animal. I don't have any neurological test results because doctors refuse to even look at my case or send me for testing the second I tell them my damage was caused by their antidepressants and Torcetine. I've been tossed aside by the system like a dog. And how am I supposed to even upload photos of medical records here?

Of course you don't have them, because any doctor would send you for testing. That damage didn't come from the meds. The damage was already there. If nothing shows up, they'll just pull your insurance coverage. Stop listening to random people on the internet. You had to get a discharge summary if you were in the ER. And check your insurance. As for me? Come on, think about it for a second. Brain damage shows up on MRIs, CT scans, EEGs, and stuff like that. What was the stressor before all that happened? Just stop telling them it's because of the medication, then maybe they'll actually send you for tests.
brightwalker32 said:Brandon Newman95, you should be ashamed of yourself for trying to defend this crime. Making that Torecan stuff is nothing short of a crime against humanity. Ugh. You seriously make my skin crawl. It's people like you, supporting this kind of garbage, that cause millions to suffer. I honestly wish someone would hit you with a dose of Torecan or some other poison just so you could see how much it hurts before you start defending it again. You're just as disgusting as the person who manufactured that toxin—absolute bottom of the barrel. I am genuinely repulsed by you.

You know what? Where am I defending it? Stick it where the sun don't shine. You didn't answer a single damn question. You even admitted yourself that you don't trust anything here. Honestly, it’s no wonder nobody takes you seriously. For your own sake, and everyone else's on this board—it's no surprise you're dismissed. Maybe take a look in the mirror and check your attitude. Seriously, go find yourself a decent therapist or psychologist. And listen to this coming from someone waiting on open-heart surgery. I'm popping handfuls of pills because I *have* to, not because I feel like it. So maybe back off. I've dealt with suspicions of MS, Huntington's, ALS, endometriosis, cancer scares, allergies, and a whole laundry list of neurological issues. So you really don't need to come at me with that crap. Real sick people come here. With an attitude like yours, it's no mystery why no one treats you with respect. I've literally been through ER docs, specialists, psychologists, cardiologists, internists, you name it. And if I had a legitimate complaint, they actually listened. Because unlike you, I actually know how to act like a civilized human being. It's because of people like you that sick people can't get the medical help they need. The whole world is sad. But hey, start with yourself first. Why won't you answer any questions? You just skip over them every single time. Why? You should be the one feeling ashamed of how you talk to other people on this forum.
Betty Lopez3 said:@brightwalker32/">@@brightwalker32, look, I’m not trying to be malicious here, I am asking a dead serious question: how on earth did they inject you without asking? If you didn't want to take something when you didn't know what it was (you said they told you it would be in the report), why didn't you just say "no" when they showed up with the needle? What were those three people doing holding you down while the fourth one forced an injection into you?
I honestly don't see any other way this plays out if someone tries to give me an injection I don't want, unless they physically overpower me and force it. So, technically speaking, you consented to the injection because you didn't push back when it happened. It doesn't matter now what was actually in the syringe; what matters is that you went along with the injection without getting an answer about what you were receiving. For all we know, it could have been radioactive polonium in there, right... You're right, though, so legally, nothing was violated. You agreed to it.
Unfortunately, maybe this really was the scenario you described. How does someone even "charge at you" with an injection? They always just give it to you in the arm, hand, or shoulder. Maybe the stomach. I have a feeling it was one massive syringe and maybe it wasn't even at a regular ER. Like, maybe it was a neuro ER or a psych ward. I might be wrong, but this whole story is full of holes.
And here's another thing. Maybe one of us would’ve actually recommended a decent neurologist to you, but honestly? Given how you're acting—and the fact that you've fixated on "torecan" like it's some holy grail, giving this whole half-baked, rambling story from start to finish without even answering a single direct question because you're too busy obsessing over "torecan."
Look, I almost turned something down myself. Here’s the thing: that paperwork where you sign off on refusing a procedure or anesthesia. People change their minds incredibly fast. Even if you don't care about it now, you’d be freaking out tomorrow. Just drop all this stuff and move on. You definitely had tests done; they didn't just skip your medical history and vitals before giving you an injection—I don't believe you for even half a second. They always take vitals. This is just one tiny slice of the story you're trying to sell. Tell the whole damn thing from start to finish with every single detail. But you won't. Did they take your history at the ER? Did they set up an IV in your arm or leg? Did you get fluids? Did you warn them about allergies? Did they do an EKG, a chest X-ray, check your blood pressure, or your oxygen levels? Just stop talking nonsense for a second. How about answering my questions first? In a normal country like America, they'd charge you just for showing up at the ER for nothing. As for me, none of the neurologists I've seen have ever jerked me around. Maybe if you changed your attitude, some doctor might actually take you seriously. Finish school; you can always get married later, and as for kids—there are plenty of ways to go about that. I had big plans for my life too, and look how that turned out. Stop self-pitying and being so selfish. How is it that your nerve damage started exactly when you began taking Adderall? And have you considered that you're being a pain to everyone else, not just doctors? You know, plenty of people have complained or made fun of you. Unfortunately, karma is a real bitch. Remember when the director took them to the ER after they were arguing with the doctors? Yeah. There are so many things.
I don't know what kind of nonsense you're spouting, thinking some technician just handed you an injection. Realistically, an injection comes from a nurse or a doctor—you know, actual medical professionals. You should probably attach your lab results before or after, and honestly? You need to find yourself a decent psychiatrist or psychologist, whoever. Just go deal with your core issue first. You can transcribe the results if you want, but any kind of damage is obvious—it shows up right there on the EEG.
Maybe the guy was just feeling crappy because of the pregnancy, honestly. It’s such a pathetic system—terrible hospitals, terrible doctors—and then you come out here complaining. To be blunt, I think you're full of it. If you've actually got something, show the medical records from before and after. Blur out the names or just transcribe them. Just stop harassing people. And since you want to play lawyer so bad, why don't you ask what happens when they reject your claim?
Look, if you were actually seriously ill, you wouldn't be sitting there Googling everything. You’d be in a hospital bed. When things get real, then give us a shout. You don't need to be "critically ill" to have nerve damage. And about your constant trips to the ER—they always take a full medical history and run blood work. It’s just how it works. Unfortunately, I'm stuck dealing with doctors for the rest of my life. Besides, if someone is literally dying, they don't give a damn about the standard rules. You could have just gone to a clinic. Honestly? Find a hobby and just finish your degree. Seriously, I'm telling you this as someone who actually managed to graduate despite having nerve damage, a congenital heart defect, and circulatory issues—all while working. Also, you can't just jump into surgery without seeing an anesthesiologist first. What you're saying doesn't hold water; she didn't just "give you an injection" and call it a day. Any kind of damage would show up on an EEG somewhere else. Maybe find a good psychiatrist or a psychologist to talk to. And since this place is so heavily moderated, I'd probably write you a whole paragraph of truth, but I won't.
brightwalker32 said:Look, listening to doctors is fine and all. But when it comes to medication? You have to be extremely, incredibly careful. So many people get told by their MDs—like "quit smoking," "cut back on grease or sugar," "watch the salt," or "lose some weight"—and they just don't do it because they can't control themselves. If they had, their lives would be way better right now. That's basically everything I wanted to say. As for my neurological issues—it all started with AD. It wasn't even that bad back then; despite some glitches, I could live a pretty decent life. Then Torecan came along and made things a thousand times worse, and now my life is basically ruined. I'm nowhere near being able to live normally anymore. I'm done repeating myself to anyone. Believe me if you want, don't if you don't. [And yeah, seriously, think about what I wrote. Use your own head, develop some CRITICAL THINKING. Don't just be part of the herd blindly swallowing whatever the system feeds you. Don't let the violation of your rights and all that other crap become "normal." And don't treat the person trying to enlighten you and wake you up as the enemy.[/B]
You show up at the ER, your life is literally hanging by a thread, and the last thing on your mind is Googling stuff. When you're ruling out neurological issues, the first and most basic step is an EEG—that's elementary. For any neurological condition, once someone hits the ER, the standard procedure is always taking a medical history and running blood work first. Only after that do you move on to more testing. Just leave space for people who are actually sick. If you don't want to take the test, just rewrite it. And just like those pieces of advice, the same goes for medications. Also, regarding that bolded part—I don't like mixing in religion. We have people here who are genuinely ill and who actually need medical help.
Brenda Alvarez24 said:Brandon Newman95Yeah, I ended up thinking the exact same thing. She’s just totally obsessed with this fixed idea that it's Torecan. And it never even crosses her mind—since she’s busy playing doctor and diagnosing herself—to actually step back and look at the big picture.
If I had actually listened to doctors and shown them some respect back in the day, I honestly believe my life would be a whole lot better right now.
Brenda Alvarez24 said:Why aren't the test results out? What's the deal? ( obviously, keep names private! )
Because there aren't any damn results. Look, maybe they just don't want to upload everything online... but they're handing out corticosteroids—stuff like Medrol or Furosemide—you know, the kind that makes you pee constantly—and probably five or six other meds too. Trust me, if they could skip it, they would. It’d be way better for everyone. I mean, imagine having to choke down five or six different pills every single morning.
I'm done arguing about this. Seriously. Here’s the real question: what are you supposed to do when you can't get any relief, you end up at the ER, and then you just flat-out refuse the injection or the help they're offering? Not one single person actually answered that part. Look, if you really have nerve damage or whatever, there are tests for that. Everything from a basic EEG to much more advanced stuff. Just let it go. Let the doctors focus on the people who actually need help at the ER instead of wasting everyone else's time. If you don't want their help, fine—just deal with it on your own next time.
Brenda Alvarez24 said:- didn't you say earlier that you didn't have any actual test results... like, you hadn't done any real testing before hitting the ER? - not one single competent or serious psychotherapist is ever going to tell you that.
The thing is, sometimes two or three—or even fifteen—completely different and unrelated things happen all at once... ( if something *is* actually wrong... but neurological damage shows up pretty clearly on scans... ...it doesn't mean it's necessarily tied to every single thing you're throwing into this giant mess)
According to US patient rights laws... are you absolutely certain they just rush you in at the ER and let anyone ask if you actually want help? And yeah, if someone is in bad shape, they can basically demand more time to just Google what they think is happening to them...
There's also paperwork for refusing treatment or anesthesia.

She went to the ER because she wasn't feeling well. She didn't have prior test results because the doctor hadn't given her any—the story just doesn't hold up. If it was truly an emergency—fine—panic happens. "I was on the brink of life and death"—no, it's not that she didn't want to Google stuff, she didn't even know her own name, let alone how bad it was. It was extreme. Any kind of neurological damage shows up on a psych test, and then on an EEG.
brightwalker32 said:Look, I wasn't looking for an injection or whatever. My job was either pass it up the chain if there was an actual issue, or just say "nothing happened" and move on. Are we really talking about wiping people off the face of the earth just because they panicked? It happens to everyone at least once in their life, and honestly, it could happen to anyone. I reported my case, and we cleared it all up. Case closed. I think people need to speak up way more when this kind of stuff comes up instead of letting the system just trample over them. We should be supporting each other against the system, not acting like wolves to one another—that's exactly what the system wants. And this isn't just about healthcare; it applies to pretty much every government institution out there. The system only crushes people as long as they let it.
Since you're such a genius... who exactly did you report this to? Real Madrid? Report it to the Medical Board. If they let you go and then something actually went wrong, who would you even blame? You'd just end up saying, "Oh, she didn't want to help me," or "She sent me home without even checking me." Where does it go from there? You're basically admitting yourself that you had a panic attack. Who's going to rebel for you? Honestly, we should just be thankful we still have a handful of doctors left before they all head overseas, because soon enough, there won't be anyone left to treat us. Then we'll all be in deep trouble.
brightwalker32 said:Look, I'm not saying there's something wrong with your head. I went because I was terrified it was something life-threatening, not just because I wanted an injection. I already cleared things up with that individual. Honestly, I blame the whole system and Niagara Falls for this mess. I just wish the healthcare system would actually improve. And I really hope that shady Torecan stuff disappears from our country like it has in so many other places. I wouldn't wish this on anyone. When people heard what happened to me, most of them said there's no way they'd ever agree to Torecan.

Okay, fine, you went to the ER. You were scared for your own skin, and once help was actually provided, suddenly you're complaining that it didn't work. Go ahead, report that doctor to the American Medical Association. They’ll care about everything once your life is actually on the line. I know exactly how all the procedures go—if they didn't want to help, there's a specific protocol for refusing care, so think about that. So what's the point? You went to the emergency room. You asked for help and you got it. Now you're just unhappy with the result. Maybe look at your own part in this.
brightwalker32 said:How on earth was I supposed to know what was being loaded into me by April!? It’s tragic that someone is dealing with cancer, but honestly, that doesn't change anything for me. Under patient rights laws, they actually should have asked if I wanted that injection. If they had just asked, this whole mess wouldn't have happened. Even if I were the healthiest person alive, I still wouldn't want an injection like that without being consulted first. People on this forum are just staying silent. They're just stepping over your pain. It’s no wonder things are falling apart in our hospitals and why the system is screwing us over from every angle when people act like this. And yeah, don't even get me started on why Torecan is pulled from most of the world and why only a handful of countries even use it anymore.

Look, under patient protection laws, you're the one who sought help. Did you go to the ER just to mess around, or were you actually seeking medical care? There is a formal procedure for refusing treatment. You could have used all that wasted time to study for your exam instead. Of course, people on this forum/subforum are exactly what they are. Report the doctor if you actually have the guts and the evidence. Everyone here has their own struggles. I finished college with visible cognitive impairment myself.
brightwalker32 said:I’m actually a student, or at least I was. Now? I can't even focus on my studies because these "medicines" have absolutely wrecked my brain. Most doctors out here just look out for their own interests. And no, I’m not some idiot searching for cures on Google—there isn't even a cure for the damage I've sustained. Thank God I managed to Google those "drugs" they pump into you at the ER before it was too late. I found this one site detailing them. If I had known about the extrapyramidal side effects back then, I never would have let them inject that crap into me. Man, if only I’d thought to Google it sooner. My life would be so much better right now. And no, this isn't depression. Depression doesn't make you unable to cry, leave you feeling emotionally numb, cause sexual dysfunction, block your thoughts, or give you massive memory gaps. I don't get why you're defending Torecan so hard, but if you had to deal with this state for even a month, you'd see what real misery looks like. Just imagine—your junk is completely dead, you've got zero emotions left, your cognitive abilities are shot, you forget everything, and you're not even 24 yet. You have the rest of your life to live like this. And to top it off, when you try to complain, people just insist it's "depression" and tell you to go for a jog. Instead of being grateful that I warned you about Torecan, you act like I'm the problem. I refuse to ever let them give me that stuff in an ER again. Ugh. Disgusting. They’d probably just load you up with Torecan anyway. Three injections a day until you end up exactly where I am (because honestly, if you were neurologically healthy, one shot wouldn't even touch you). Then we'll see how much you defend Torecan. Would it be depression, or actual brain damage? And just so you know, Torecan has been pulled from most of the world! It's barely used anywhere else. Even Mexico got rid of that garbage, that poison.

Those are all classic symptoms of depression. Do yourself a favor and do two things first: take a psych test and get an MRI. The results will be identical. People dealing with serious illnesses actually study and move forward; they don't go looking for excuses. Also, if you reject any medication at the ER—unless you're allergic—you'll get paperwork for refusing treatment. Everything is digitally linked now. And don't act surprised next time when you go to the doctor and she mentions you filed a complaint against her. Since you didn't mention any permanent damage, don't go pointing fingers at everyone else; look at yourself. You're simply unhappy with your life. I had big plans once too, but things didn't turn out the way I wanted. You took one injection, and now you're making this whole drama out of it. I’d love to ask you how you'd feel if you were hovering between life and death, struggling to breathe because of cancer or something, and you refused three or four shots of something vital. Think about how many young people, kids, etc., are fighting cancers right now.
