Hey there.
Back when I was 15, I was diagnosed with an unknown condition and scoliosis. My doctor gave me a specific set of exercises to follow, and I was pretty disciplined about sticking to them back then. They actually helped quite a bit, but eventually, I just stopped doing them. About a month ago, I decided to get back into it. Lately, I've been adding push-ups to my routine, too. The thing is, I haven't noticed any progress at all—it doesn't even feel like my posture is improving.
I started this whole process when I was 15, and now, I'm turning 19 in just two days...
Does this mean those old exercises aren't effective anymore and I should ask my doctor for a new regimen, or do I just need to stay consistent and give it more time?
