Good grief, if one more clerk at the local Post Office tosses my mail onto the floor instead of handing it to me, I might just lose it. Honestly, I’ll be giving them such a reality check they'll be hand-delivering my packages right to my doorstep next time just to avoid the confrontation.😠😠😠😠😠😠
Shipping COD to San Francisco ($13, before they cut the tax)
Shipping COD to Savannah ($5.25, after the tax was scrapped)
To me, Savannah feels way further away than San Francisco, and if I'm doing the math right, the price gap here is actually more than 23%🤔
Honestly, I don't think it would look very professional if I were the one doing the packing😁
Could someone shoot me a DM with a photo showing how the package should actually look?🙈
So, what's the deal with shipping huge packages?
How should I actually wrap them up?🤔
I’m sending them out in bubble mailers. I picked up a pack of 100 from the Post Office for $73🤔
.
I was chatting with my aunt at the local post office, and she mentioned they’ve actually slashed their rates quite a bit lately.😍
Any small packages under 50g that I send via COD are coming in at $5.25😍
Damn🤦
San Francisco is closer for me
Can someone please help me make sense of this logic...
I'm shipping some items cash on delivery to San Francisco and the postage comes out to $13, but when I try to send that exact same stuff to Charleston, the rate jumps to $5.25. The weird part? Charleston is actually closer to me than San Francisco is.🙄

At least the capitalists in Hong Kong actually put in the work; I doubt they're sitting around being lazy over there 😁

Only 15 days until New Year's?😕
Hey there,
so this whole situation is already wrapped up, but I’ve still got it rattling around in my brain...

I sent a customer a package worth $13, and they paid me via direct deposit. Once the box arrived, they claimed it was smashed to pieces and said they’d already dropped it back off at the post office. I decided to wait until the return actually landed in my hands—just to make sure nobody was playing games—but in the meantime, the guy starts insisting I haven't sent a replacement yet and threatens to call the cops. I tried explaining that I was just waiting for the damaged goods to show up first, and promised I'd ship out the new one the very same day it arrived. Well, once the package finally did get to me, he demanded a full refund. So, I gave him his money back plus the shipping costs he had to cover. If you were in my shoes, how would you have handled it?

Maybe we’re looking at around 30 posts here. Honestly, I’m more than willing to dig through my entire history of 1,500 posts just to find them all and flag them for deletion if that helps. Is that an option?
How about we tackle five posts a week? Please?🙂

EDIT:If I'm reading this right, does the forum only cache the last 300 posts?

Hey there,
I’ve got some old posts I’m looking to clear out. I know you can work things out with a moderator to get certain posts wiped, but since I’ve got quite a bit of material to deal with here, I was wondering if there's any way I could just handle the cleanup myself? Is that an option at all?🙂
The person I sent my package to is complaining that everything arrived broken.😠
Is there any way I can file a claim with the USPS for some compensation?😢
Check my bio for info. If I’m shipping via COD, they have to cover the $13 fees, so... no thanks.
I’ve decided to go with certified mail instead. Does that mean I'll get confirmation once the package actually hits their hands?
Hey everyone, I could really use some advice here. This is my first time posting anything, so I’m a bit lost—how can I make sure the shipping costs stay as low as possible for the buyer?
A customer just ordered some pens from me, so I’ve got them packed up in a bubble mailer. What’s the cheapest way to get this through the mail? Also, what would be the best option for me personally? I want to make sure there's a solid way to guarantee I actually receive the payment once it's sent.

I just finished reading all four pages, and honestly, I think I got some of what I thought I knew mixed up.😢

Is there any way I could just hire a firm to handle everything—the sourcing, customs, shipping, all of it—without having to deal with the middleman myself? Like, can they just send me the final invoice so I can decide if the whole thing actually makes sense for my budget?
Please, help a guy out here.🙂

Quick question for you guys—I watched the movie without subtitles and I think I missed the point of the ending. Didn't the guy say they can't afford to miss a single question? Or am I tripping?
Is it just me, or was Sandra Bullock getting everything wrong?😕

And that whole scene with the old lady doing that weird dance for Mother America...🤣
That bit at the very end of the song, that specific rhythm... does anyone know what track that actually is?🙂

It’s a nation in the desert, fighting wars for 60 years, surrounded by enemies, while pouring massive amounts of capital into defense and maintaining a huge standing military.
How does an economy actually sustain that kind of pressure?

The US keeps pumping money into them.
Nicole Barrett76 said:But could there not be a solution to this crisis? What if they were to import young Chinese women who are in their prime reproductive years? After all, in the global landscape, a child's nationality is almost always determined by the father rather than the mother, isn't it?

Who knows how many Chinese women might find themselves pregnant for a third time, only to be restricted by state laws that prevent them from having more than two children!

If such women were brought directly to Japan along with all their children, wouldn't we see a massive demographic boom?

Please, don't even think about raising Chinese kids to be Japanese.🙂
