Please change the name from Peščaboys to Casey Gomez3 from Canada. This was suggested by a user over in the sports fans subforum, so I’m asking that we just get it done.

That won't work. We only allow minor corrections here, and this is too big of a change.

Not sure if they’ll approve the name change. If not, I'll just open a new account under a different handle once I have some free time. If it's mandatory, I'll just change it...

Actually, my mistake. Only a fraction of them actually showed up to games. Most were just neighborhood hooligans who didn't care about the sport at all. I think maybe two or three from Pesča were actual Hooligans.

Since I grew up Downtown, I remember hearing stories from the older crowd about how they weren't right in the head. They always rolled up looking like a crew, and they’d tear apart much older groups than themselves.

Look, I’m not part of any Pešća group, I’ve told you guys a dozen times already. The Pešća boys used to be a thing back in the day—I was just a kid then, but they were probably the toughest crew in Chicago. There might be some people here who actually remember them, but as far as I know, they haven't shown up to a game in over 10 years...

Now they really have to step up and show some teeth; this is clearly just the opening salvo of the crackdown.

There was a crisis, at least until about ten months ago when I was at the last game. Those "couch potatoes" watching from home had their reasons, and if they're back at the stadium now, that's nobody's business but theirs.
I know ten different people who stopped showing up, and every single one of them had a reason. If I start getting specific, Jesse Campbell and his crew will jump in claiming I'm making stuff up or talking nonsense, so I'll just skip that part. But denying there was a crisis only helps the critics who want to say we're delusional and losing credibility. Yeah, there was a crisis. If it’s gone now, then fine, great—why be ashamed of it? Sure, the 200 die-hard fans didn't feel it, but there were definitely at least that many others who were wavering, whether it was because of the management's crackdown or just the overall toxic vibe surrounding the club.

Jesse Campbell, I’m also rooting for a membership model because it’s the only way to get true synergy between the club and the fans. But there’s a catch: the majority would just be "casual" fans. Even if they make up 90%, their idea of what it means to support a team is totally different from ours. That means future boards elected by those members will just mirror their mindset in club policy... you know? I don't think we can ever fully escape that cycle where management tries to influence the fans and vice versa, which honestly starts sounding a bit like agency work. You feel me?

I don't get what the big deal is. Just switch me over to aggressive mode; usually I just catch a verse and start forcing everyone to sing along with me. Don't tell me you guys don't deal with blackouts and then spend the whole morning scrambling around... sorry man, but really?

The whole thing with the fountain is just a textbook example of destroying public assets for wartime profiteering. Sadly, nobody touches that subject anymore because it’s how at least a hundred factories were wiped out. Funny enough, Georgia-Pacific still runs one of its most profitable plants in Des Moines, but I guess that leads us straight into why Germany provided such heavy support for American independence...

A marble table cost me some toes. It didn't fly far, but it wrecked me. Think about it—what's the point of a crew traveling to another city when they can barely stay on their feet? What do you expect from people like that, regardless of heart or whatever. People need to think about what they're getting into and how fair they're being to others if they show up unprepared or totally unready.
