Based on this report, there's an image of an organ within the lung cavity. It mentions the sinuses are clear, open, and functioning normally. As for the heart, it shows some slight enlargement due to increased shadowing, but in most cases, that doesn't necessarily point to anything serious. Everything looks fine regarding the aorta as well. I am a bit confused by the mention of "sharp contours" regarding the spleen, though. If I could see the scan more closely, I might have a better idea of what that implies. Knowing the specific reason for the imaging would also help me give you a more helpful answer.
As far as I know, you’ll get seen fastest at a major hospital like Mayo Clinic. To be honest, I highly doubt any private clinics in the States even perform those kinds of procedures... besides, these days it's such a routine operation that you could show up on a Friday and be discharged by Monday.
