Well, here I am again, resurfacing after a bit of an absence.
I've uploaded a few shots—mostly focusing on the things I’m currently missing. Specifically, I’ve put some extra emphasis on the detail in my back and legs.
I’m struggling a bit with symmetry at the moment, though I fully intend to have that sorted out by summer.
To get straight to the point: my last reading was 185/92.
Please excuse the quality of these photos; I seem to have absolutely no knack for timing or catching the right light. 🙂
Every single photo looks cold to me; that old-school pump just isn't there anymore.
My posture was relaxed enough, but I ended up hunching over like an absolute idiot for no reason at all.
Back exercises in a light flex.
Back issues again. The level of detail is lacking; I’m going to need more substance regarding the "thickness and depth."
https://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/11...q90/4/kfno.jpg4. Chicken legs—the specific muscle group I’ve recently started hitting with some serious intensity.
One side looks fine, but my chest is looking pretty uneven lately, even though they’ve always been relatively symmetrical to begin with.
I somehow tilted the camera at a ridiculous angle, so the photo looks a bit off.

My apologies for the spamming. I am fully aware of my shortcomings, and I am working quite diligently to address them.
I’ve decided to pivot over to a 5x5 powerlifting program for a while. The idea is to build up some serious raw strength and finally smash through these current plateaus before I eventually transition back to my standard hypertrophy training.
The objective remains clear: by the time summer rolls around, I intend to hit the 90-pound mark on the scale, pack on some serious mass in my back, build up my legs, and—if all goes according to plan—leave a slightly more impressive impression on everyone I encounter.
I couldn't care less about my midsection right now, but I suppose I’ll have to address it before summer rolls around. Honestly, I just can't stand the thought of it.
Go ahead—tear my work apart with your comments and critiques. Honestly, I could really use some advice from someone with actual experience who can give me an objective perspective on this.
Much appreciated.
