I feel like I spend more time refreshing news feeds than actually watching the games lately. It's such a rollercoaster when you're just waiting to see if the club actually pulls the trigger on someone you actually want. Anyone else feeling the pre-season anxiety setting in?

Can I get a perm?

Prase, you aren't going to get a permanent ban lifted; if I had to guess, we're looking at the longest suspension possible, maybe two or three years.

It could be Sunny, I suppose.

That team as well. 😁
I guess I'll just stay quiet about how this whole thread looks to me and what's actually being said here.
My impression.
Nice, keep it coming... please. 🙂 😁
Why does it always seem like we Americans end up looking like savages on Reddit?
Is it just me, or is everyone feeling a bit embarrassed in front of the admins? 🤦 🙈
It feels quite similar to those frantic afternoons when your kids escape the backyard, doesn't it? You find yourself racing all over the neighborhood just to catch them and finally bring them back home safely.
What is there to be ashamed of? Isn't that just the reality of marriage? 😁
But shouldn't we be turning up the heat just a little bit more, perhaps by initiating a complete sweep from the top down? 🙂

You certainly aren't alone in that. 👍 I have never felt the need to block anyone.
Besides, if some random anonymous person on the internet actually managed to get under my skin enough to force me to hit that block button, wouldn't I be the one with the actual problem?

Oh, Sunny, you really are like a tiny, high-strung chihuahua barking at the entire world, aren't you? Yet, for reasons known only to heaven, I find you absolutely charming.

A topic for the bottom dwellers, I suppose. 👍 🙂
I was just thinking to myself that you might be Anthony Nguyen81😬
What on earth is this 🤦🤣

That signature of yours is truly wonderful; wouldn't it be absolutely marvelous if we could have those exact words printed onto t-shirts for everyone to wear?☕
Alright, here I go. ☕
Darlica, I have to say, this thread you've started is truly wonderful, isn't it? 😁

I’ve been reading through everything, yet I still find myself struggling to grasp the underlying reasons behind why this chat keeps getting shut down.
It seems as though every moderator has a digital clone running around out there, doesn't it? And isn't it true that whenever a heated argument breaks out, it’s always just specific individuals who end up facing the music because there simply isn't any other way to handle things?
While Louisa's reaction was certainly a bit of a miss, I don't think we need to turn this into some massive, overblown drama right now.
Let's all just aim to be a little more thoughtful in how we react next time, shall we?

The state of coffee culture today
in Off-topic ·
Could I please have a single espresso with just a touch of steamed milk—no foam, please—served in a large mug filled only halfway? And I’ll take a glass of ice water on the side as well, thank you! 🙂

My mother dropped bymy place a few days ago, and honestly, you won't believe how this conversation unfolded 🙏
Mom: Have you eaten yet?
Me: I have.
Mom: What kind of coffee are you drinking today?
Me: Just my second cup.
Mom: You shouldn't be drinking this much coffee and smoking if you aren't eating properly.
Me: But Mom, I ate just an hour ago!
Mom: Ugh, when was that exactly? And who knows what you actually ate? You really need to eat; look how thin you've gotten.
Me: I'm just not hungry, I don't want to eat, I really can't!!!
Mom: Well, at least try a little something.
Me:🙂
She eventually calmed down and we moved on to a completely different topic, which was fine, especially since I actually have lost some weight.
But then, she just couldn't help herself again.
Her: Are you sure you won't have a bite to eat while I'm still here?
Me:...
I mean, I know I am thin, but I am certainly not unintelligent. 🙄
It is truly exhausting to have to listen to this constantly.

We haven't seen any threads like this on this sub before.
Look, man, when someone is constantly pushing food on you—and I mean without exaggeration, CONSTANTLY, after every single meal regardless of whether you've eaten or not—it can actually be incredibly irritating, don't you think?
And when it's a big family get-together, heaven forbid you mention that you aren't hungry; once the barrage starts coming from every direction... how are you even supposed to say "no" to eating? 😲
Then you have mothers, grandmas, aunts, and cousins all joining in with the non-stop "eat this, eat that, just take a bite, come on, eat!" 😲😲
It’s just like, "No, I really won't!!!!"
One person starts bringing out plates, then another follows with more, then a third arrives with even more... while I just feel smaller and smaller with every serving. 😲
It isn't about being rude, or ungrateful, or acting like we don't appreciate the effort.
But honestly, if I say I'm not hungry, then I'm just not freaking hungry!! 😵
If you haven't dealt with this kind of constant pressure, how could you possibly understand what it feels like? 🤷

Even now, whenever my mom calls me, she immediately starts checking in on whether I’ve eaten, if I'm staying on track with my diet, or if I'm taking care of myself... back when I was still living at home, it was just an endless loop of "eat this, eat that, you have to eat, please just eat, I won't—noooo, I really don't want to eat!" 😵
It hasn't changed one bit, even when I go visit my parents; it’s always the exact same routine. Honestly, I've just reached a point where I stopped asking myself why they act this way.
The second I walk through their front door, I just tell them straight up that I'm not hungry. 🙂

bathroom—good grief, it's like pure agony. 🙏😢 It is truly awful.
I completely 🙂
I went through such traumatic experiences every single time I had to use the restroom... I mean, the tears were literally 🙄
But then I tried using Donna MG 🙂
as an enema every time, 🤣
and you manage to empty yourself out completely without feeling a thing... it was a total miracle! For me, it worked wonders until everything just resolved itself naturally.
