Man, Blaž is honestly out here living his best life today, basically acting like a little kid because of Jenson Button 🙂

Keith Rodriguez27 said:Honestly, I thought he was totally falling apart at the start, but the longer the race went, the more he actually started closing the gap on the leaders, and his execution—both tactically and behind the wheel—got way cleaner. He just got incredibly lucky he didn't stay stuck in that absolute mess of a form he had during those opening laps.

Yeah, but then he goes and pulls that amateur move about 15 laps from the finish, spinning out in Turn 1, and right when he’s finally clawing back that distance on Vettel, he just blows it.

Man, he really pisses me off.😠😠😠

Gary Palmer8 said:Look, you’d love to save yourself the headache if any of your little favorites could actually pull this off consistently like Lewis does—just going toe-to-toe with the leaders race after race—but hey, what can you do? They’re just too slow, so all you’ve got left is this pathetic, constant whining about Lewis.

been there, done that

And honestly, I still haven't forgiven them for taking out Pastor. Pastor was having an absolute masterclass in Monaco until that guy went and crushed his entire season and snatched a massive pile of points right out of his hands.😢

cosmichawk12 said:watching him drive is pure entertainment, honestly, he’s hands down the absolute king when it comes to head-to-head combat on the track, no question about it.

the guy just goes full throttle like a complete maniac every single time, sometimes he sends it and knocks someone out, other times he pulls it off perfectly, but I’m pretty sure the rest of the field avoids getting too aggressive with him just because they're terrified of getting wrecked in a scrap.😳

Keith Rodriguez27 said:Personally, I think Alonso got overshadowed by both those McLaren cars—which he totally deserved—but man, you can't deny he drove a hell of a race. Especially when you consider he finished way ahead of Mark Webber by like thirty seconds, even though he started on those super-softs while Webber went straight to the hards.

Honestly, Nando drove like an absolute disaster today.☕ Izletel spun out three different times, wasted a massive amount of time trailing behind the Mercedes-Benz and Massinha, and just looked lost. When he finally blew past Rosberg, he was actually setting the fastest laps on track and closing the gap to Jenson Button so fast it looked like he was right on his gearbox—I mean, it was less than a second, if I recall correctly. But then, boom, the mistake happened, and he spent the rest of the afternoon just trying to claw back all that lost ground.

The whole vibe was pretty rough, but the final result is 🙏🙏🙏

Look, you just can't bring yourself to hate Jenson.

Jenson is the absolute GOAT, and I’m saying that as someone who pretty much hates every single thing about the British and their entire culture.👍

Hannah Allen70 said:what a race.... now we’re stuck with this massive, agonizingly long break until August 28th 😢 really hoping the Ferrari crew finds some extra gear 😍😍 huge props to Alonso, and honestly even Button—look, I don't care much for McLaren, but still... 🥳 Vettel seriously needs to spin out of a race or something 🧐 just enough to let that lead start shrinking a little bit...

I mean, what is Massa even doing over at Ferrari? They should probably just pay him in peanuts at this point; look, Massa, you're great and all, but if my memory serves me right, the guy hasn't seen a win in two years—not since that crazy wreck he had, right? 🤷 It's honestly brutal for the team when they're dropping points like this...

Yeah, the break is a drag, but it'll be worth the wait because Spa is coming up next👋
I'm not exactly a fan of McLaren or the English drivers in general, but man, I absolutely adore Jenson; it's wild, the guy just gets under your skin somehow🙏

Michael Lee4 said:Alonso absolutely killed it despite all those spins

Just fantastic, honestly, I can't even remember the last time he made that many mistakes while still being that damn good.

Man, he was flying at the start of the race, just pure speed, but then those spins messed everything up and he got stuck trailing behind Rosberg and Massa, though once he finally cleared Jenson, I’m telling you right now, he had it in the bag for the win.😉

Red Bull hasn't seen the winner's circle in three races straight now, which is wild.🙂

Alonso is sitting at 2-1-2-3👍 🙏
That battle for second in the standings is going to be absolutely brutal.😳

Renault is basically starting to fall apart at the seams. 😲

Bravo Jenson 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I honestly can't shake the feeling that Fernando really should have been throwing everything he had at Jenson to fight for the win here, but man, he just made way too many mistakes, so I guess considering how things went down, grabbing 3rd place is actually a pretty solid result

The strategists over at McLaren🤣, it's like they borrowed them straight from Ferrari🤣

Buemi + 15🙏

Gutiérrez managed to dive right past Romain Grosjean in the final corner to snatch up second place, and man, there were a couple of SCs thrown into the mix too

Grosjean is absolutely killing it right now, and honestly, seeing him charge toward another win today is just wild

Michael Lee4 - the track is DAMP 🙂

Michael Lee4 said:Man, Renault has absolutely fallen off the rails...

😢
Chris Ortiz said:oh yeah, totally, we're all expecting nothing less than a total blowout victory tomorrow

God, Vettel is getting so exhausting with this brain-dead way of talking🙄

Honestly, even a second-place finish is fine if Fernando pulls it off

Michael Lee4 said:Martin Brundle - Fernando, Felipe is faster than you 🤣 😂

I mean, it was bound to happen eventually, even if it's just a total joke☕

Douglas Garcia24 said:honestly, what happens up front is way more entertaining to me 😁

the absolute dream scenario here: Lewis tries to dive past Vettel at turn one, slams right into him, and they both just end up out of the race ☕

oh, and let's not forget Button could easily pile into them too 😬

look, Button isn't some rookie idiot😉
Chris Ortiz said:man, I'm just praying we don't see some weird Hemes-Button 1-2 finish where Button is actually faster but the engineers are screaming in his ear to save fuel 😢

yeah, me too.

what's the weather looking like for the Canadian Grand Prix anyway?
you think we're gonna get hit with rain? 🤷
Man, this race is actually gonna be loaded with some pretty cool milestones

Jenson Button hitting his 200th start
Nico Rosberg reaching the big 100
And Fernando Alonso's 30th outing behind the wheel for Ferrari
Maria Lopez said:man, seriously... image

it’s actually dropping here, and hey, we aren't exactly far from the US Embassy Canada either.😳
Tyler Ross52 said:rain🧐, rain🧐, more freaking rain🧐, and just to be safe they’re setting up those Bernie sprayers🙂

honestly, they might as well just roll out water tankers like they did back in Monaco in '84😬 because at this rate, the track's only gonna be wet on a couple of random turns anyway👍😛
Mark Ruiz8 said:You actually dug up a killer shot of Mark Webber on the podium here 🤣

As for the actual race, I’m not holding my breath for anything remotely exciting.
It's going to be Fernando Alonso taking the win, easy. 😎

Couldn't find a better one if I tried😁

I'm with you on this one, 100%👍
