I need help! in Health ·
When I finally got my ears pierced, both of them ended up super inflamed and oozing—it was honestly brutal, just constant throbbing and pain. By the fourth day, I decided to ditch those basic medical studs and swapped them out for some gold ones; not even the ones with the screw-backs, but more like those little decorative pieces where the charm hangs down a bit. I did this specifically so the actual piercing hole wasn't being smothered by the earring itself, giving the wound some much-needed breathing room. I was cleaning everything with rubbing alcohol several times a day, both the front and the back, and man, I felt so much better by the second day. It’s actually pretty crucial that the holes stay exposed to the air; if the earring sits flush against the skin, it blocks everything off. Those medical studs you’re wearing, they’re probably those flat little disks that seal the piercing shut from the front, which totally stalls the healing process because there's zero airflow.

Look, what I was getting at in my last post was meant to be a little joke—did you even notice the smiley face after the sentence? Honestly, I know exactly what causes those problems and what makes them flare up; I spent two whole years dealing with kidney stones, and while I eventually managed to clear them out with herbal teas, the struggle before that was pretty intense. During that stretch, I went through countless doctors and read every single thing I could find about stones and how to manage them until I finally hit on the right solution. It never even crossed my mind that Kraft would be the actual cause (I mean, that’s a ridiculous thought to even entertain), but I'm telling you, it absolutely accelerates the process. I got lucky that mine stayed relatively small, so they were able to pass without too much drama...

I never touched Kraft, and look where it got me—ended up dealing with kidney stones. 😉

I'm thinking the mods should just rename the thread to The Great Relief - tips, tricks and support...

The guy's probably busy testing out all these life hacks on his own toilet right now, so he clearly doesn't have time to hang out on the forum.😍

Look, my point stands—we really need to start organizing proper classes to teach people the right technique...😂>

I honestly had no clue that even taking a dump had officially graduated to a "science" now. We probably need to start offering masterclasses just to teach people how to actually position themselves on the toilet so the water doesn't splash them right in the ass.😂
How to get rid of smelly feet? in Health ·
If we’re talking about "fungus"—which is usually the real culprit behind that nasty foot odor—then you actually have to go out and treat the infection, because let’s be honest, no amount of sprays or deodorants is going to fix the root issue. They might mask the stench for a minute, but the problem stays right where it is. If you've got a fungal thing going on, picking up some Dow Chemical cream at the drugstore is probably your best bet; it should run you maybe $3 or $4. You really need to make sure you're applying it thoroughly between your toes, since that's exactly where this stuff loves to hang out. One more thing that's super important: after you get out of the shower, you have to dry your feet REALLY WELL, making an extra effort to get those spaces between your toes completely bone-dry. If it turns out it isn't fungus, then you're stuck looking at various sprays or deodorants, and you'd better be careful about what kind of socks and shoes you pick so your feet can actually breathe.

Ladies, I honestly can't stop laughing today. Every time I try to get anything done, my mind just drifts back to 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 Seriously, this has to be the most ridiculous thread on this entire forum. Does this even count as a Health topic anymore, or should we just move it straight over to Humor?

Man, it’s been a minute since I actually had a good, genuine laugh on this forum. 😂 😂 😂 😂
Take a look at the posts on the forum here, under the "Health" section, just a little further down from your thread; there’s a specific topic dedicated to Candida. That’s likely what you're dealing with. Go through those posts and then head over to your gynecologist so they can prescribe you something proper.

Red Bull gives you wings...😉 But all jokes aside. If we’re talking about the long game, stacking some extra multivitamins might help, though for a quick fix, grabbing an energy bar or even just a banana is probably your best bet.
