WANTED
The LP by Zvonimir Majdak-Kužiš (released via RCA Records in 1983)
If anyone happens to have this in their collection, I would be most grateful if you could reach out. Thank you.
Nickname change (read first post!) in Forum Help! ·
Would it be possible to change my username to "jadebear25," or perhaps just "Jadebear25"? Essentially, anything other than all capital letters would suffice. I was quite inexperienced with the internet when I first registered, and frankly, I find it a bit embarrassing to post with a handle that feels like it is shouting at everyone. :-)

Thank you in advance.

Regardless, please reach out to Nice.
Online banking issues in Banking, Insurance & Loans ·
For about ten days now, whenever I attempt to log into my JP Morgan Chase online banking, I am met with this message:
"Certificate ERROR: There is a problem with this website's security certificate.
The security certificate presented by this website has expired or is not yet valid."

I haven't changed any settings on my end. I am using IE. In a similar—or at least what appears to be similar 😁—discussion regarding electronic banking, someone suggested that
"there could be three possibilities:
1. Your certificate has expired.
2. Your MTU is too large.
3. Your Java is acting up.

My questions are as follows: 1. What exactly is an MTU? I must admit, I am a complete novice here. 😁
2. How does one resolve it if "Java is acting up"? (Though I find that unlikely, given my computer recently ran some updates... you know the drill, when you shut down, do you install them or just skip?
3. Could there be a third factor at play?
(By the way, I checked the certificates in my Tools; the one for the bank exists and is valid until June 2013. If it matters, I use Norton as my antivirus.)

I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Given that we are dealing with JP Morgan Chase, this is not a matter I take lightly. Thank you.
How do I get started with these changes? in Psychology ·
Procrastination is not a lack of willpower. It is an escape. An apprehension. A SYMPTOM.
Of what? That is a question only those of us (all 🙂) who delay can truly answer.

Consider the common underlying drivers of procrastination:
1. perfectionism—the demand for flawlessness from oneself or the perceived expectation of others. In practice, this functions as a defense mechanism: if I fail, it isn't because I lack ability, but simply because I didn't allocate sufficient time. For instance, "If I had started studying for my Bar exam earlier, I wouldn't have failed—I am actually capable, I just ran out of time."

2. fear of failure—"What if I lose all the weight and still can't find a partner? Then the issue is fundamentally me—that I am inherently unworthy of love, etc." Naturally, no one engages in such a dialogue with themselves consciously. And yet, it happens.

3. fear of success—an unlikely concept to some, yet entirely plausible. Success necessitates change. What kind of changes, and how daunting might they be? What new responsibilities will I be forced to shoulder? How will my social standing shift, and how will that alter my relationships with others?

How does one halt this cycle?
1. Recognize that procrastination is merely a symptom of a deeper issue. Attempt to identify that root. Practice radical honesty with yourself.

2. cease self-flagellation. I cannot overstate the importance of this point.
Stop hurling insults at yourself simply because you delayed a task you promised to complete today. You are not unintelligent, incapable, or worthless because of a lapse in productivity. Forgive yourself. It is acceptable. You possess inherent value exactly as you are.

Imagine a close friend approached you with this exact struggle. Would you subject them to the same vitriol you direct at yourself? I highly doubt it. What would you say to them instead? Say that to yourself.

3. My preferred method: on my deathbed, 😁... will I regret spending more hours watching Netflix or sitting at a computer... or will I regret that I didn't... truly live?

I wish you all much success in your new endeavors.

Little Red Riding Hood said:I brought her home... she showed me some pages from unknown... gave her those Polupane pots to read through... kisses to everyone... [/B]

It seems you are familiar with unknown, and that you hold it—and the Polupane pots—in high regard. I assume you even saw that dedication in the book, where unknown thanks the women at unknown. Yet, you haven't mentioned whether you actually reached out to them, and frankly, I cannot fathom why you wouldn't. Please, reach out to them; I am asking you, please. I shall be keeping my fingers crossed that you succeed in all your endeavors.
