I went to Boston. Honestly, you really have to check who’s actually doing the work, because lately, I feel like even random cosmetologists are trying to claim they do it. It seriously has to be a licensed physical therapist. Back home, there’s this website that lists everyone practicing this method across all of Austria, and it specifies if they're actual physical therapists. Check that out, maybe someone near you does it too.
I can't really speak for what happened in Washington, D.C., but I spent some time in Boston, and honestly, it was a lifesaver for me. The Bowen therapy helped me out quite a bit too. Maybe look into checking on the fibromyalgia stuff.
Maybe it’s some kind of allergy or just a food intolerance, I don't know. You should really do some reading on it. Either you start cutting stuff out of your diet, or you go get some actual tests done.

So wait, why didn't they just put you on injections?
It really depends, honestly. What kind of B12 are we even talking about here? There are basically two versions out there on the market. One actually gets absorbed by your body, and the other... well, it's pretty much useless. WATCH OUT: The human body can't even process certain types of cobalamin! Since there's such a massive risk of running low on B12 if you're following a strict vegetarian diet, vegans really ought to be taking supplements. But here's the kicker—some of those vegan supplements use these edible blue-green algae (cyanobacteria) that mostly just contain pseudo-B12, which doesn't do anything for humans. You have to be super careful and make sure whatever supplement you grab uses an active form, like cyanocobalamin, hydroxocobalamin, methylcobalamin, or 5-deoxyadenosylcobalamin.
There's really nothing else to it, just gotta deal with the stomach issue. Gastroenterology, I guess. My friend went through something pretty much identical. An ulcer...
I mean, why on earth wouldn't a gastroscopy or a colonoscopy show the pictures? What exactly is going on inside your digestive tract? They literally go in there with a camera. I honestly think an MRI would pick it up too, maybe.
Go read up a bit on rosemary oil. You can even find it in 💊...
Does it feel like you’re constantly holding onto water weight? It usually shows up in my chest area most of the time... especially right before my period hits, though I guess it can happen whenever, too. Are you on any kind of birth control pills? Have you ever had an ultrasound done on your breasts?
It could be an allergy, or maybe just a really nasty food intolerance.
I dealt with H. pylori, got it cleared up, and honestly? Still feels exactly the same. Same bloating, killer pains, vomiting... I feel like I’ve been poisoned. For me, it's definitely an intolerance. If I eat even one thing I'm supposed to avoid—like yeast, wheat, or dairy—I'm basically dying from the pain. As long as I stick strictly to my diet, I'm okay... Look into getting actual food intolerance blood tests. Not those weird bio-resonance things, those are total garbage. I went through some private clinic after seeing my doctor.
I mean, why wouldn't you just ask this in the main thread, right? It’s like you were so obsessed with blowing all that cash on track days that you totally forgot about actually fixing your tooth. Like, maybe dental work should've been the priority here, I guess. Look, it doesn't matter where you're located, just hop online and find the nearest ER. Those doctors there will be able to tell you if the job was done right or if you're in real trouble and what needs to happen next.
Does anyone know where I can get my ears pierced in Indianapolis that isn't just some jewelry store? I saw someone mention a doctor who does it, but the post was from way back in 2010. If anyone actually has some current info, please let me know.
I mean, honestly, this feels more like a fashion thing or something for the ladies' corner rather than actual health advice.
Maybe move the thread, or just check the other subforums—there’s probably already a discussion about this somewhere. 👍

Is it a sign of an infection or am I just not built for tampons?
Maybe try a smaller size? Honestly, you could try putting a little bit of lube on there first. Or look into those ones with probiotics. For me, they slide in way easier and don't dry me out nearly as much as the standard ones.
I have this friend who just can't do tampons at all—she says it hurts and the whole sensation is just super uncomfortable...
Maybe you should just start a new thread asking about pregnancy, labor, and all that stuff... There might already be a similar topic floating around somewhere, I guess. 😊
Kimberly Patel78 said:Hey, my period is like, seven days late already. Back in the day, it would show up and be gone in a few hours—barely even enough blood to notice on a pad. It used to come every two days, too. This is the first time things have gone sideways like this, and honestly, I'm starting to freak out a little. I even tried drinking parsley tea to try and "jumpstart" things, but clearly, that isn't doing squat... could this all be linked to PCOS?
Yeah, it could totally be related to cysts, stress, or whatever else is going on...

🤔 You might have to check out the discount aisles. Honestly, I just drive over to Chicago to pick mine up...
Kevin Cook said:Where can I find some decent jeans for about $167? I'm on the shorter side, curvy hips, tiny waist. Heading to the mall today and honestly, I'm already dreading it because I know I'll try on a million pairs just to be disappointed. Not looking for anything crazy, just classic skinnies—light wash, dark, or black. Ideally something with just the right amount of stretch. And they really need to flatter my curves 😁 I used to grab stuff from H&M and it was fine, but the ones from Zara stretched out after one wear. LTB was actually great though. Any other suggestions?
Salsa jeans They have all kinds of styles, and prices vary a ton, plus there's always some kind of sale going on...
Morgan has some pretty good options too, I guess..
