American "humor"?

Peter Thompson4 said:Man, I was watching HBO this Saturday and saw one of the absolute best movies ever made 🙏 🙏 🙏

What about CBS?

I was thinking more along the lines of monkeys🕺

Those are Rimbaud's books

Peter Thompson4 said:I remember this one tank battle right at the start where the Americans lose four tanks even though they had five against one, and somehow, thanks to this incredible captain—Warlord or whatever his name was, played by Brad Pitt—they actually manage to take down that German Tiger tank.

That’s exactly what I was worried about, but honestly, it doesn't descend into that ridiculous, over-the-top Hollywood exaggeration all the way through to the final act, you know, the part with the SS troops.

Wardaddy. And yeah, there's basically just one German tank fighting in the whole movie.

You’re right about that final scene, though—since the whole thing is set in April '45, you wouldn't be seeing massive columns of German tanks rolling through the fields anyway.
The ending just feels totally out of place stylistically compared to the rest of the movie; it tries way too hard to force this epic scale that isn't there, whereas the first half actually stays grounded and realistic.

The ending of Fury feels like something Kenji would actually dig—well, maybe just the first half, the serious bit. Since there’s basically zero good WWII movies out there right now (unless you count the ones from the civilian perspective), I actually appreciated Fury. My only gripe is they went a little overboard with the finale, even if it was entertaining. Some woman over on says about the movie that there was way too much gunfire, for God's sake, she's so incredibly rude...

I messed up 🙏🙏🙏

By the way, that first username is just straight-up trash, and the second one? Total garbage 🙂

I didn't even catch that part 🙏

It was right in the section where he mentions he'd rather have been chewed out by his old man than actually born. 🙏 Too bad it isn't there. 🕺

There was even a part where they were tearing into the clone on the front page

Here’s what Esau’s got coming up: 🙏🙏🙏

Any saint out there willing to drop some screenshots of this thread? Come on, admins. 😳

Her leg isn't even that bad. Honestly, she would have been better off playing soccer than wasting her time on video games.

Facts.

What an absolutely legendary career—truly one for the history books! 🙏

Compared to those two philanderers running the mod team. 🙂
