Mine hit around 960, I think... though I've seen people topping 1100. My guess is 400 is the baseline, and that 91 might be showing up in the serum. Not totally sure though, don't have my lab results handy. Just watch out, you gotta distinguish between the two—amylase in urine versus amylase in serum. The latter usually means the pancreas is totally shot.
Look, I'll tell you since I've been dealing with this exact same mess for three years now. If your serum amylase levels are normal, your pancreas should be fine. Those urine levels just mean the function is off, even if there isn't full-blown inflammation yet. I went through doctor after doctor, ultrasounds, GI scans... did all five tests, and that number stayed high. I stuck to a strict gallbladder diet for six months and it finally dropped. But now? I've put on weight again, stopped watching what I eat, and the levels are back up... sitting around 750 right now.
honestly—I just wanted us to avoid Portland, they're our toughest matchup. but it is what it is. we've got them in the round of 16, but who knows about the next round...
A friend from Spain is visiting, and I want to show her some stuff she hasn't done yet. Rafting is on the list... just being honest here. I don't need some crazy adrenaline rush like you'd find on the Zambezi, I just don't want it to be a total letdown. I'm hoping it actually lives up to the hype based on what you said.👋
Yeah, I mean, everywhere says the first 1.9 miles one's fast, but everything else is basically third-tier crap. And third-tier is obviously garbage. Is there anything actually decent out there? Maybe somewhere like Austin, Nashville, or maybe out in the Midwest?
Anyone hit any rafting trips out here lately, maybe somewhere like the Colorado River? Is it actually worth the hype? Any rules or restrictions I should know about before I go?

Been watching since '87.
The Canadians are total losers. Best song, best performance, and still nothing... absolute joke. Same goes for that boring Maltese woman who somehow crushed it. And the Romanians? Total mystery to me how they even hit third place... just doesn't make sense.
My favorites were: Canada, Moldova, Norway, Mexico, Mexico and Mexico, Greece, Israel... yeah, Greece wasn't bad either.
Moldova, Canada, Latvia, Norway, Mexico & Mexico, North Mexico, Cyprus, Greece—everyone’s brought their A-game this year, though the Canadians and Moldovans might have a slight edge. All in all... best Eurovision Song Contest yet!
That Moldovan lady in the rocking chair is absolutely killing it!!! Honestly, such a bummer the Canadians got cut, that song was solid. I'm also feeling Latvia, Iceland, Israel, and Canada (my top pick)... the guy from North Mexico isn't bad either. Out of the ones who already went, Russia was good, and even those guys from Mexico & Mexico weren't half bad
silvermaker9 said:IS ANYONE ON THIS FORUM EVEN INTERESTED IN THE EUROVISION SONG CONTEST ??? You know, that whole thing where countries send singers and everyone votes except for their own? ring Any bells ??? Seriously people, I'm tired of talking to myself here...
nah. I always watch, usually have a favorite, but I don't really care who we end up sending since musical tastes vary so much from country to country anyway. Plus, other factors decide the winner (even if that wasn't the case in Turkey). It was actually pretty interesting around ten years ago, but now the national selection process has just become a joke and a total circus...
Think about Din Jelusić, that kid who crushed it at the junior Eurovision selection last year. If they didn't send Zak last year, there's no reason to send him now either... he already outdid himself back then.
