Alright, look, I have a question regarding external drives. I wasn't sure which sub to post this in, so I'm just dropping it here. Basically, I’m running into an issue with my external hard drive whenever I try to move files from my PC over to it. Every single time, the transfer just freezes up completely. It won't budge. Both a technician and I ran the diagnostic tool, but honestly, nothing useful came of it.

Look, obviously I did all that. Everything is exactly where it should be—toner is set, paper is loaded, the printer is powered on. But the thing just sits there silent. It won't make a sound, won't print a single thing. And then my old man brings home some repair guy whose expertise is... questionable, to say the least. Naturally, the guy couldn't fix a damn thing, so now he’s suggesting we either reinstall Windows or haul both the computer and the printer to a repair shop so they can "take a crack at it."

Look, I’ve got a problem with my printer. Every time I try to print something, the page comes out with nothing but the colored text. The black ink just isn't showing up at all. I checked the levels, and there's plenty of black left—I actually just swapped out the cartridges for the specific ones this model requires. I’m asking the admins to please check in with whoever manages the server here to see what's going on. Or maybe my antivirus is just acting crazy. When I first saw this message, I immediately ran a full system scan on my PC, but everything seems fine as far as that goes.
