Starting an LLC: Where to begin? in Business, Accounting & Taxes ·

I'm really curious about how that whole setup actually works, specifically if you're looking to launch an IT firm.

If anyone has some hands-on experience with this, I would love to get a comparison between running a company locally versus setting it up in the States (say, in Delaware, for example).

To give you an idea, let's say a US-based company provides services—things like web design, graphic content creation, video game development, or consulting—and then sells those services to clients all over the world.

From what I’ve gathered, if you are the director of the company, maybe about 10% goes toward income tax on whatever salary the firm pays you.
But I suppose I’m not entirely certain about the other differences compared to just having a local business.

P.S. If I'm mistaken, does anyone happen to know where I could find reliable information on this? I’d rather not have to hunt down people living in America to ask them to do some digging for me. xD

PSU squealing/whining noise in IT Support ·
Thanks so much.

I went ahead and opened up the power supply to give everything a good cleaning, but unfortunately, the issue is still there. At this point, I'm honestly not entirely sure if we're looking at a faulty PSU, a problem with the GPU, or maybe even something with the CPU.

The graphics card is equipped with two fans, and the processor has its own dual setup—it's one of those massive Noctua coolers.

I was wondering, would it be a reasonable idea to try testing them one by one? Like, maybe I could briefly stop each fan for just a second or so to see if that actually silences the whining sound?
I suppose if the noise stops when a specific fan is momentarily paused, that would mean that particular component isn't the culprit, right?

My gut feeling is that I should probably troubleshoot the power supply first, then move on to the graphics card, and finally check the processor.

It sounds somewhere between a whine and a squeal, though if I had to guess, it leans more toward the whining side.
Initially, I was under the impression that it might be an issue with my hard drive, but now I’m becoming increasingly convinced it's actually the power supply. It's positioned pretty close to the GPU, though I suppose I should wonder if that's even possible?
Based on where the sound seems to be coming from when I hold my ear close to the case, I'm about 99% certain it's the PSU, specifically originating from underneath or behind the unit.

The thing is, it feels quite loud to me, and it seems like the squealing is happening more frequently lately. It isn't constant; there are periods of silence, and then it starts up again, almost intermittently.

Would it be safe for me to pull the power supply out, set it aside, and perhaps briefly stop the PSU fan just to see if that specific fan is what's causing the squeaking?

So, yeah, if anyone has any advice or suggestions on how I should proceed, I'd really appreciate it.
3D Movies: Yay or Nay? in Movies ·
Go to the theater and just steal the screen.

I’ve actually never sat through a 3D movie, nor am I really making any plans to start now. Is it even worth the hassle? I keep hearing people complain about eye strain when things start spinning around too much. I can't recall which specific flick they were talking about, but I heard one movie had so much swirling motion that people were feeling dizzy by 3 p.m., haha.

This is a total gem for anyone who gravitates toward this specific brand of comedy. It’s definitely a bit mindless, I suppose, but there are some incredibly hilarious moments scattered throughout. Personally, I thought The film was absolutely wonderful 🙂. I found myself laughing quite a bit, actually.
Quick question about Breakdancing... in Hobbies & Leisure ·
The Planche is essentially a horizontal hold on your hands.
I actually got my start when I was 18—which might be considered late by some standards, though I wouldn't say it's too late—and I eventually hit the age of 22.
When I first jumped into breakdancing, I already had a decent amount of strength under my belt because I had been focusing on various types of physical training and bodybuilding. That said, gymnastics was always a bit of a nightmare for me.
For me, breakdancing isn't really about the dance itself as much as it is about all those intense, fascinating movements that demand incredible strength and similar skills. Honestly, all that exertion exhausts me to the point where I just feel more alive than usual.

Now, regarding your situation, it isn't too late for you. However, you might run into some challenges. You’ll definitely need a combination of raw strength and gymnastics skills, though I suppose it really depends on what your specific goals are. If you just want to focus on the dancing aspect, you probably won't need as much technical training. But if you're looking to pull off the more difficult moves, you'll certainly have to put in the work.
Breakdancing is an incredibly demanding and tough activity, but it's also deeply rewarding.
I suspect it will be quite difficult to figure everything out on your own without someone there to guide you through the mechanics.
But hey, just give it a shot and let us know how it goes.
