@OP, it’s pretty obvious you don’t even know what you’re looking for here. First, you start spreading this unverified rumor about some membership fees, and then, barely three posts later, you’re whining about wanting to be a moderator. On top of all that, you actually managed to derail the whole discussion with your posts and turn it into a completely different topic.

It stands for No Hard Feelings, sort of like saying "no offense" or "don't take it personally."

Did you block certain site elements using an adblocker in Google Chrome, or are you maybe clicking on the X while it's loading in the browser?

It’s not some glitch with Chrome, it’s an issue with the forum itself; something is choking the content feed from the Oracle Database that powers the whole site.
This kind of bottleneck usually pops up right after a version upgrade or when they roll out some new security patches.
