Morgan Miller said:Alonso is basically Alain Prost #2. A guy who consistently chips away at lap times by 0.6 seconds and is a massive two-time world champion doesn't whine, doesn't complain about everything, and isn't an egoist. Which is exactly what Alonso is.
Comparing him and Lewis Hamilton to Kimi Räikkönen is just pointless and makes no sense. There's no debate there. Even if Alonso had six titles, he’d still claim he couldn't win a new one unless he was handed the fastest car on the grid. He’s constantly complaining and playing those media cards with the news outlets and Lotus......it's like his whole vibe is "get out of my way, losers, the king is coming". After his very first win in Australia, he actually declared he'd be bigger than Schumacher. What a clown.
Hamilton is cut from the same cloth. The kid is used to having the best car and expects everyone to bow down to him (which includes expecting support from the FIA). Man, imagine if all drivers had to tackle one season driving identical cars. Where would Alonso end up, and where would Hamilton land? Both of them would absolutely fall apart and we'd see a never-ending list of people they blamed for their struggles.
It's pretty interesting how the McLaren crew offered Jenson Button money in his contract, but didn't for Kimi Räikkönen. It’s like they knew Ferrari would have to settle up with Kimi and that he wasn't exactly chasing a paycheck in a new deal. I’ll bet you anything there was some whining going on from Hamilton, his dad, Nicole, and so on... I mean, can you imagine the drama if the Ice Man just brushed them all off?
Because of those idiots, he lost his position to Button today. Alonso is the real deal, and he proves it on the track—that's what actually matters. At the end of the day, people look at the final results, not who said what to the press.
Lately, I’ve been running into this annoying Blue Screen of Death on my Windows 7 setup, and it keeps forcing a full system reboot. I noticed a pattern, though—it usually kicks in after I’ve been downloading stuff via uTorrent for a little while. When the crash happens, I see "NETIO.SYS" pop up on the screen along with some error about a driver, but it happens so fast I can't quite catch the rest of the details... anyway, does anyone have any idea what might be causing this?

Anyway, now that I've officially demonstrated my own high-performance skills today, I am officially accepting requests and payments via DM! 😍 And just so we're clear—I don't just work with tires; 😁 I can also shave a few seconds off your lap times (for example, on a Renault Vespa 😉 😁), and things like that. 😍 Prices available upon request! 😎
Man, I honestly don't know how you or your girlfriends would manage without brakes... if you're constantly tailgating women and having to slam them every 20 meters, you'd be as stressed out as an F1 driver!
Man, talk about a rough ride for Button... Honestly, if Hemi had been in his seat, I’m pretty sure he would have shown the master how it's actually done! 😉👍
He can complain all he wants, but it was obvious on the track that Schumacher wasn't having any of it, so he might be better off just keeping quiet...
Just keep your quotes and comments polite and reasonable like everyone else on this forum, otherwise you'll have to deal with me ☕ And don't even think about asking who I think I am 🙂
And who do you think you are? You acting like some big shot just because you have a little authority...
nimblesurfer17 said:So, what exactly were you trying to get at with that post? 🙄 I could easily report this just to be a troll, but honestly? I'm not going to.☕ And hey, just a heads-up for the future—if you're ever going to quote one of my posts, try to actually come up with something smart in response! This is exactly what you deserve. 🤦🤦🤦
Even someone with a bit of common sense should be able to wrap their head around this... Look, just to be clear: I’m going to quote and comment on whatever I want, however I want, without any of your conditions. Honestly, I have no idea who you think you are!
nimblesurfer17 said:So, basically, you're saying Mass totally outclassed Kimi at Ferrari? That’s an interesting take...☕ Last time I checked the stats, Kimi was the one bringing those championships home for Ferrari..🤷
You might have been checking the numbers, but you clearly weren't watching the actual races... which explains why you've been so quiet lately...
stormybadger8 said:The Ferrari engine just went up in smoke. And get this—it wasn't even the replacement they put in during Bahrain; it was the actual unit they used to run a full race.
So, they’ve got six engines left, and one of them is already showing signs of trouble. Since that's the one they swapped out in Bahrain, it basically nukes Alonso's entire season. It's going to be incredibly tough for him to have any kind of shot at the title now. Honestly, I'd usually say "tough luck," but I actually feel for the guy.😢
With Red Bull falling apart and Ferrari totally stalling out, Lewis Hamilton is absolutely tearing it up, and man, if Jenson Button hadn't defended that title... 🤦
Ferrari might just take the championship this year... once we get through China and head into the rest of the global circuit... but right now, Ferrari is just tanking.

When I first took out my mortgage, my income was significantly higher—honestly, the bank even factored in my average travel reimbursements when calculating everything. Back then, I didn't have any child support obligations to worry about. Then things went south. The bank hiked up my interest rate, they cut my travel stipends due to the economic crisis, and now I'm hit with child support payments on top of it all. Now? Now I'm in this nightmare where the bank is basically vacuuming up my entire paycheck.
Mortgage payment $1264 Monthly take-home pay $1367 Child support $307 It is blindingly obvious that there is absolutely ZERO money left to actually live on.
My question is,,, Is there any law or consumer protection regulation that prevents a bank from seizing an entire salary? Isn't there a rule that they have to leave at least one-third of my income for basic living expenses? Or does that even matter anymore? Is it just a case of "you signed the contract, so you're screwed"?
Is there anything at all I can do??
1) Find a side hustle... maybe some freelance work. 2) Sit down and cry.
I’m feeling a bit torn between Vanguard and Allstate. On one hand, Vanguard seems to have much lower fees, but then again, Allstate keeps bragging about their higher returns...

I heard this one "hack" where you eat five hard-boiled eggs every single night right before bed... but after eight days of that, I couldn't even look at an egg without feeling nauseous. It wasn't even a matter of preference; I just physically couldn't handle them anymore! 😁
Man, I've tried those exact same tricks with eggs and all sorts of protein shakes, but honestly? Nothing worked for me at all.
I’m running into some real trouble with my body weight... I really need to pack on about 35 to 40 pounds... Does anyone have any solid advice on how to actually put those pounds on?
Here’s the deal: I’ve been this way since middle school, and honestly, I never gave it much thought. I’ve always wanted to fill out a bit more, but it wasn't a huge priority until recently when I noticed the skin on my arms started peeling... which made me think I might be low on vitamins. I started taking some brewer's yeast from Natural Resources, and while that stopped the peeling, I haven't really seen a change in my weight. I heard that brewer's yeast—basically just Vitamin B—is supposed to kickstart your appetite, so that was my main reasoning for trying it. Since I didn't notice a difference in how hungry I feel, I stepped things up and moved on to a stronger B-complex supplement...
So, I’m wondering: do these vitamins actually impact your appetite? I eat as much as I can without feeling like I'm forcing myself to overeat... I've even tried those trendy meal replacement shakes and other gimmicks, but nothing seems to work...
If anyone has a better suggestion, please let me know... gaining 40 pounds is no small feat.
I honestly can't remember which brand of glasses I’m wearing right now... but the frames constantly slip down my nose, which ends up irritating my eyes and making them all red and puffy. My local eye doctor at LensCrafters claims they have the best selection on the market, but I'm not so sure. Someone told me they were definitely the top tier... What brands are you guys actually wearing? Which ones have been the absolute best for you?
