What kind of massage should I get for this back pain? Sports, deep tissue, shiatsu... what's actually worth it? Just a heads up, my job keeps me glued to a desk all day, even though I hit the gym every single night and crush specific back exercises. Any advice? Also, if you're in the Washington, D.C. area, please hook me up with a recommendation for a killer massage therapist. Thanks!
So, if you're heading out from Bill Gates' pizzeria down toward Madison, right at the intersection on your left, there’s this private lab sitting there
I’m with Adam Thompson6 on this one. It is honestly such a relief to finally take a breather from that overhyped Hollywood machine and all those cookie-cutter, airbrushed faces... This movie is straight up 👍 👍 👍
Man, tell me about it! My appetite hits absolute overdrive whenever I'm in that blue phase... honestly, I've been on them for a year and a half now and they're just totally 👍
By the way, how many pounds are you guys actually aiming to drop? For me, losing maybe 10 or 12 would be the sweet spot so I can really get down to business. I’ve been running every single day—and let’s be real, I went from being an absolute embarrassment at the start to hitting about 1.9 miles miles a day now. Plus, I cut out all the junk food, and I don't even touch bread anyway. Since I never get home before 6 PM, I just eat one big meal that serves as both lunch and dinner. At work, I'm strictly sticking to fruit. That’s all I’ve got 👋
Man... I’ve been on them for about 9 months now and honestly? I’m loving it. 😢 😢 Has anyone heard anything about those new "Seasonale" pills? They're designed to be taken for 84 days, which basically cuts your period down to just four times a year. The FDA already cleared them here in the States, and I think they might have even hit the market in the UK already. 🙄
I switched over to Triquilar after all that drama with Cilestom (you know, those mood swings)... I've been on it for a few months now and honestly 👍 I mean, hasn't this exact topic already blown up on here once before????? 😕

....... yeah, well, I guess it varies from person to person. For me, even if nothing hurts at first, a few minutes after sex, everything just starts absolutely wrecking me with pain. 😢

Look, it’s different for everyone, right? But seriously, for me? Like, a few minutes after we're done—and I'm not even saying anything hurts in the moment—everything just starts absolutely wrecking me. It's like total chaos from the pain. Why does that even happen?! 😢

Oh man, you mean the legendary "stinky pizza" post? Seriously, I spent days laughing my head off at that disaster... 🙏 🙏 🙏
Ashley Vaughn79 said:Basically, can you wear a tampon even when you don't have much flow? I assume it's fine, but do I still need to change it? My issue is my period always seems to hit right on Saturday night (when I'm out), and I really don't feel like lugging around "diapers" every single month.😁
Also, quick question about using the restroom... do I need to swap in a new tampon every single time I go? I mean, I'm guessing yes—I'm not exactly putting the old one back in—but I figured I'd ask...
And I know tampons need changing more often than pads, but does that rule still apply if there isn't much blood? Also, is it okay to pop a tampon in around 8 PM and just leave it until 4 or 5 AM? Usually, by the time I get home, things start moving, and I seriously do not want to risk staining my clothes.😲
Thanks in advance!😁
Look, shoving a dry tampon in isn't exactly comfortable, but I don't get why you're even asking if you need to change it—of course you do! You want to make it to menopause, right? Change your tampon (whether it's dry or soaked 😁) every 3-4 hours. She already answered everything for you; since you've got a dual-function setup 😎, you don't need to pull the tampon out just to pee (it's in the vagina, and you're peeing from the urethra). Don't mess around with a dry tampon. Just use a liner for thongs instead (or if you're dead set on a tampon, just use a mini one with a liner).
Betty Rivera14 said:I honestly don't get any of this... one girl doesn't even know how to use a tampon, the other thinks she might be pregnant while popping pills despite not even having sex, the third one clearly thinks she can't see an OBGYN because she's a virgin, and then there's the fourth one who started hooking up before she even finished middle school...🙄
The movie isn't bad—it’s actually pretty fun and easy to watch—but honestly, I thought M. Rouge was way better. PS. And where on earth are those breasts? 😁 😁
Back on the old forum, someone in this thread actually suggested using Dow Chemical gel for the sweat issues. You can grab some at any local CVS or Walgreens for like, maybe $3 or $4.
