I think you’re either missing the point or just refusing to see it...

The Nazis weren't killing people just so someone could take photos of it for entertainment.
The horrific things found on rotation sites weren't created for the sake of photography or being viewed by others.

Child abuse imagery exists solely for the purpose of distribution—essentially, children were victimized 😢 just so someone could document it for some degenerate to obsess over. 👎
If there weren't people watching this stuff, no one would be documenting it, and we'd be doing them a favor... 😢 whereas the Nazis would have kept killing regardless. Is that clear enough?

I don't see much point in commenting on the photographer's specific case because it's largely irrelevant to the main topic... that should be obvious.
Jamie Reyes6 said:Some people just can't grasp basic definitions, I guess. There's sexual orientation, and then there's sexual deviation. Orientation is straight, gay, or bi. Deviation is stuff like pedophilia, necrophilia, zoophilia, voyeurism... you get the idea.

Thoughts don't hurt anyone. Actions do. But even then, you have to make a distinction; someone looking at a photo of a kid is just as much an abuser as a guy looking at a photo of a dead body is a murderer, or a terrorist looking at photos of weapons...

What do you mean "not often enough"? If a case breaks and it's proven someone committed a crime, the court finds them guilty. The real issue is that some idiot wrote the criminal code, so there's this massive gap in sentencing. Like, someone might get hit harder for looking at illegal stuff online—which basically just harms themselves—than someone who actually physically assaults a child. It makes zero sense.

It’s not quite that simple... ultimately, even just possessing those images is a crime.

We could argue that "just looking at pictures" is the least harmful part of pedophilia, but let's think about it... as long as there is demand, there will be supply.
Now... if we were just talking about kids being photographed secretly at a beach, maybe we could say "it's not that bad," but how many children are kidnapped, abused, raped, or coerced into these situations only to have it all filmed and distributed...

That's the point. Some creep might just be "looking at pictures" of naked kids, but how were those photos taken? What happened to those specific children during and after the filming... does "looking at pictures" still seem so "innocent" to you? 🙄 👎
Your mom was right on the money 👍—the truth is there are plenty of guys who just see a great pair of curves and immediately lose their heads.
It is what it is... 🤷
Betty Thomas8 said:Oh, believe me, it’s all behind me now. I've come to realize that men are just like women—you find every possible variety of them out there. 🙂
Though, if it hadn't been for those experiences, my puberty and teenage years certainly wouldn't have been as unpleasant as they were. Seriously, try imagining some construction worker shouting catcalls at a thirteen-year-old girl and then tell me that's "normal" or that he's perfectly fine just because she happens to be developing early. Not to mention how terrifying and uncomfortable that actually feels for a kid.👎

Man... I won't pretend to know exactly what you went through (since I don't have 😁 ), but I haven't heard of anyone having a situation quite like yours.

Look, people are inherently unrefined and primitive by nature 😁 and it doesn't matter if they're working a blue-collar job or holding three degrees and two master's—a jerk is a jerk. 🤷

I just hope you feel confident about your body now 😁... I know a woman who was so traumatized by her adolescence that she constantly wears oversized shirts and baggy sweaters. She always hunches over, doing everything she can to hide her chest... eventually, those attempts become desperate moves 😢 that actually make things worse than for the girls who wear low-cut tops and push themselves into everyone's faces.🤷
Betty Thomas8 said:Honestly, this entire thread has been getting under my skin more than I’d care to admit.

I hit puberty incredibly early; my body started changing as soon as I was in fourth grade. By the time I turned thirteen, I already had the silhouette of a grown woman, including a D-cup bust.
I never actually dated anyone older, but I dealt with an endless stream of creepy advances from older men who were clearly attracted to the fact that I looked mature. They didn't see me as a child at all, even though I very much was one, and sex wasn't even something I was remotely thinking about or interested in back then.
To make matters worse, those experiences left me with this deep-seated belief that men were only interested in sex and nothing else. It really took a toll on me, and for a long time, I found it nearly impossible to trust men in general.
Now, reading some of the comments posted by the men on here, I can't say I'm surprised that I grew up feeling that way.

I'm so sorry... unfortunately, things like that 😢 do happen 🤷, but I truly hope you've moved past it and don't feel so cynical about men in general anymore...
placidranger said:Well, you have a point; I haven't actually seen that girl. Maybe I'd feel differently if I had.
To me, girls that age still seemed far too young whenever I actually spoke to them. 🤷
Maybe you'd think differently if you'd gotten to know her better. Or maybe not. 🤷

You're right on the second part, too. It's not like kids just started having sex at 14 or 15 today—especially girls—and it isn't always tied to pedophilia.

Hmm, who's talking about conversation here? 😬 🤣
Jokes aside... maybe I would, or maybe despite those curves, long legs, and that gorgeous face, I'd just tell her, "Go find someone your own age." Maybe. I can't say for sure because I don't really find myself in those situations (except for that one incident with Dura) and I don't hang out at the clubs where teenagers go, but I won't completely dismiss the possibility—not with total disdain—of potentially giving in 😁 to some stunning 16-year-old who started flirting with me... especially if I were single and hadn't been with anyone for a while. 😁

To be clear, I am strictly talking about a casual hookup in the moment, not any kind of relationship, "dating," 🤣 or anything of the sort.
For all of you who think they’d be rejected... let me just say you haven't seen 😁.
It’s easy to sit behind a computer screen and play the moral authority 😉
In the end, what is the point of such an attitude and this constant outcry about some kind of wrongdoing... one way or another?
A stunning girl who initiates things because she wants to sleep with you—she surely wouldn't face any consequences afterward (assuming safe sex is practiced 😁), because clearly, she's done it before, and she'll do it again.

And the idea that I should wait for her to stumble into me... well, a few months ago at a Duraglaze, some visibly drunk girl approached me. First, there was some rambling (to be honest, she was saying something to me but I didn't catch it 😬), then she hugged me... do you know what I did? I pulled away from her, only to see her making out with someone else, also quite an older guy, ten minutes later...

So... why lie? If some "temptress" hit on me at the beach and I said I was single... damn it... I'm telling you, before the waves of judgment start and people say "I could never do that"... you haven't seen her. Honestly, if you saw her hanging out with older crowds (not kids—I assume peers) and looking with perfectly clear eyes 😁, you wouldn't give her less than 19 or 20.

That is my point... there are situations and then there are "situations," girls and then there are certain types of "girls"... I'd bet that certain 15 or 16-year-olds have more sexual experience than most women who are ten years older. I don't consider it desirable or good, but you can't claim it doesn't exist or that it's a total rarity.

Many people have this image in their heads of some old, lecherous creep trying to lure innocent young girls with something like a candy bar 😬 but reality can be the complete opposite, and often is... you need to be aware of that.
frozenbison3 said:Does he actually issue receipts? What does the IRS have to say about those "guestimate" prices? 😁

I have nothing to add 😬

All jokes aside... I know they provide receipts, but I'm not entirely sure about the specifics or how they calculate their rates.
Ultimately, I assume an hour spent with someone dealing with a mild neurosis wouldn't cost nearly as much as an hour with a more complex case. 😁
It’s tough... people only see my mother because they come highly recommended, which is why she can get away with it.
It isn't like some casual "knock-knock, I'd like to talk to a psychiatrist" or just showing up with a referral from a GP. 🙂
redharbor9 said:@silentpilot6
It’s not even rare, and honestly, whatever. But when I hear some woman acting like it’s totally fine to drop $100 on foundation or $500 on shoes (especially when she’s pulling in a $1167 salary) and then she has the nerve to whine about how expensive therapy is? I just don't get it. Zero empathy here. 🙂

True. You can see new makeup, and you can definitely notice expensive new shoes 😉, but seeing a psychiatrist is something people tend to hide... so naturally, it's no issue to spend $100 on powder, $500 on anti-aging cream, or $1,500 on designer heels, but then spending $100 on a therapist is "outrageous" and "unbelievably expensive"😲
It’s true... but it also brings to mind what someone else mentioned here about how people will drop $100 or more a month on things like cigarettes without a second thought, yet struggle to find the funds for their own mental health.
I know some psychiatrists—my mother specifically 😁—who scale their fees based on what a patient can actually afford... sometimes she doesn't even charge at all. Believe it or not...

She recently told me about a situation where an acquaintance sent a young woman to her for a consultation. This girl was struggling with substance abuse and alcohol issues.
She wasn't a full-blown addict yet, but she was definitely headed down that path.
The girl comes from a very poor, dysfunctional family... do you want to guess what the bill ended up being? $0.00.
And this has happened several times now... it’s always the same amount. $0.00.

Another time, a woman showed up wearing designer clothes from head to toe... my mother didn't charge her a dime $167, and you wouldn't believe how that wealthy woman reacted 😁: "Just $167"
It seems like guys who specifically target younger girls clearly struggle to satisfy 🙂 older, more experienced women.
On the other hand, I have eyes 🙂 and I haven’t once seen a "girl" where I thought she was at least 19 or 20—you look at the guys hanging out with her and realize she’s still just a kid...

So... can we really blame an older guy if he hits on someone like that? If he honestly doesn't realize he's talking to a 15 or 16-year-old because she looks older than she actually is?
Who among us can say they've never had a crush on a high schooler?
Look, having a crush is one thing, but cheating is another. Let me give you a real example... a few years ago while on vacation at the coast with some friends, this girl walked up toward our spot on the beach (we could tell by the group she was with). The five of us all agreed she was easily the most stunning person we'd seen all summer.
To be fair, none of us even considered making a move, regardless of how beautiful or well-endowed she was, mainly because she was clearly just a kid... but we all also agreed that if she were to approach one of us "on her own" without any provocation, we wouldn't turn her down—especially after a few beers. Does that make the five of us crazy? Pedophiles?
Well, I’m still dealing with the fallout from my first time with a girl who was also a virgin... ever since then, I tend to give virgins a very wide berth. 😁
Neurology and psychiatry used to be a single specialty... back then, you didn't have separate neurologists or psychiatrists, just "neuropsychiatrists." It wasn't until about 🤔 30 years ago that they were split into distinct fields
.
As for why people say psychiatrists aren't valued... I'm not entirely sure they aren't, but I think it all comes down to expectations.
Some people expect their psychiatrist to act as a substitute friend, while others anticipate deep psychoanalysis—even though a psychiatrist isn't necessarily a psychoanalyst. Sometimes, a doctor tells you exactly what you don't want to hear, though there certainly are those who just hand over a prescription and 👋.

I know a bit about this because I have several psychiatrists in my immediate family 🙂. When Christmas rolls around, or a birthday... when the cards and gifts start arriving from patients... some of whom have been in treatment for 10 years or more and remain deeply grateful... that's when you realize how much psychiatrists are actually 😉 appreciated...
.
It's the bad, superficial psychiatrists who aren't valued... just like how bad and superficial lawyers, mechanics, or plumbers aren't highly regarded either.
Bradley Wood3 said:Look, please—I've got two sisters at home who are 15, and they've got curves and makeup and everything, but they are still—kids!
For God's sake.
They talk about popularity, get crushes on cute boys, fight with their friends ten times a day over stupid stuff... basically everything that comes with a kid who has the body of an 18-year-old but a brain that's barely older than twelve.
I honestly don't get how anyone 18+ can sleep with them!
If I found out my sister was seeing some sleazy guy in his 30s, 40s, or even someone my own age, I wouldn't say anything to her, but I'd kill him.
Why?
Because a 15-year-old is a child. She doesn't know what she wants, she doesn't know who she is—she's a kid. She's easily manipulated, she's not thinking for herself, and then some horny, sick piece of trash comes along and destroys that childhood by exploiting her immaturity and naivety... It's disgusting!
One girl in her class is 15 and is seeing this 35-year-old guy who has a wife and kids. He's feeding her cheap thrills, she's fallen for him, and he tells her he's gonna leave his wife... I mean, what kind of man does that?
What kind of impact is that going to leave on her emotional life?
Same goes for female pedophiles.
Sure, a 14-year-old might hook up voluntarily with some 30+ slut, but what kind of woman is she?
Would she want that happening to her own son tomorrow?
There, I've covered the non-coercive side of things.
As for forced encounters... I don't even want to go there...
Gross, gross, and triple gross!

We all have our own perspectives... I'm looking at this from the viewpoint of a 15-year-old boy who used to have crushes on teachers twice his age 😁, whereas you're looking at it as an older sister.

And why should a girl be labeled a slut just because she's with younger guys? Why such a harsh tone...?
You mention girls with mature bodies and makeup... well, that's just life. For some people, that's enough. Even if they are mentally children but physically nearly adults, what can I say? 🤷 Personally, I could never be with someone that young, even if it were "just casual," but there are people who can. Clearly, some girls fall for older types... it's a cliché, isn't it? A younger girl and an older guy... maybe not 20 years older, but definitely a gap 🤷
To be clear... I am not defending "those" people or "those" relationships, nor do I think they are good, desirable, or normal 🙂 a 15-year-old should really just be dating 16 or 17-year-olds, but on the other hand, I can't accept the claim that absolutely every single one of these relationships is pure exploitation and manipulation.
Some are, and some aren't, but you can find counterexamples... Is it perhaps worse for a 15-year-old to be hooked up with by a different 16, 17, or 18-year-old every weekend (and believe me, that happens... it happened back when I was 15 too, which was a long time ago 😬), or to have one partner, even if he is 20 years older?

I still don't quite know what to say 🤷 regarding this topic, but as I said, 😬 what we are discussing here isn't pedophilia, and we shouldn't confuse the two terms.

Let’s dig a little deeper here... who is actually responsible? Human sexuality is such a complex and vital part of our lives, yet who is truly guiding us through it? At best, it might be parents—though even that is debatable—but more often than not, we're just left to learn from the streets, our friends, or whatever we stumble upon online.
It honestly baffles me that our schools teach almost nothing about this, leaving kids without any real education on the subject. 🤷
hollowtrucker77 said:Sure, but let’s be honest, you wouldn’t even fall for some experienced woman
if some MILF walked up to you on the street and said, "Hey kid, why don't you come with me so I can show you something," you’d probably bolt home and hide under your covers
The truth is, you only messed up the carpet because she wasn't just some teacher who looked like Pamela Anderson, but because she was the most dominant force you've ever encountered in your life
I mean, you really only need to look at those groupies—those girls who spend their entire lives chasing after bands and getting wrecked just because they have this delusional fantasy about how special these musicians actually are
A relationship like this, between a student and a teacher, is basically doomed from the start; there’s almost no way for it to end without everything turning into a total disaster

That's not right🙂... first of all, that teacher never actually taught me. She was just subbing for a month or two, so I only ever saw her in the hallways.

Furthermore, if some older woman had approached me on the street... well, I can't strictly guarantee I wouldn't have bolted headfirst😁 but if she were 😲 and 👍 well, I don't think I would have run away after all.
When I was 15, I had a massive crush on a girl just my age—my first real heartbreak 😍 haha—though we never actually hooked up 😬... if I’m going to suffer through unrequited love, I’d much rather be pining after a total MILF professor who would make the struggle worth it 😬

Ultimately, why does there need to be some complex manipulation or psychological games involved, like you suggested? An older woman wants a younger guy, and we just hook up because we want to...

Look, people aren't made of glass 😉 and sleeping with an experienced woman isn't necessarily going to traumatize them. My first sexual experience was with a virgin... honestly, getting bit by a dog left me with more trauma 😁 than if I had ended up with some seasoned pro. I guarantee it 😁
I think you might be painting a slightly too catastrophic picture of how these things play out.
Regarding point A, how many instances like this actually exist? I honestly have no idea, but I find it hard to believe they are widespread... As for point B, how many people end up dealing with serious trauma from this? Again, I’m not sure, but my gut tells me it isn't a massive number, or perhaps people just don't talk about it openly. 🤷

Besides, the title of this thread feels a bit off because what we’re discussing here isn't pedophilia.

And who is even talking about dropping out of school or ruining their lives?

Ultimately, I’m speaking from my own experience; when I was 15, I had wet dreams 😁 featuring a total knockout of a teacher as the lead.
If those dreams had actually come true, do you really think it would have negatively impacted my life? I don't believe so. That’s why I can't judge these scenarios "by default"—provided, of course, that there is absolutely no coercion involved.
Do you think it would actually be harmful to some hormone-driven 15-year-old—the kind who gets worked up just from a gust of wind 😁 if an older woman reached out to him? Of course, that’s assuming he's actually interested
.
I realize it isn't easy to draw a hard line between what's damaging and what isn't, or where curiosity ends and something else begins... but we can't just lump everything into one category.

Don't get me wrong, I am "generally against" 😬 any relationship involving a massive age gap. To me, seeing a 25-year-old with a 45-year-old feels off 🤔 🤷 but then again... there are nuances to every situation.
Betty Thomas8 said:Let me pose this question once more to the guys who seem to agree on this: for silentpilot6, Franooe, and placidranger, where exactly do we draw the line? Based on your logic, forty seems to be perfectly acceptable, but what happens if the woman is sixty or seventy? Or even forty? You all seem to constantly overlook the fact that not every older woman fits that narrow stereotype of a perfectly sculpted, youthful figure.

Just imagine for a second—what if tomorrow you discovered that a colleague, a neighbor, or perhaps a relative your own age was involved with your son? Would your reaction really be, "Way to go, son! You’re living out every teenager's wildest dream! Keep it up!"?

Well, from what I understand, pedophiles specifically target those who haven't developed secondary sexual characteristics...
A 14, 15, or 16-year-old doesn't fall under that category anymore. There is a different term for it, but I can't recall it right now. 😁

Hmm... it depends on how the woman looks. If she's a total milfača 😬, I’d probably tell him, "Even your dad would approve," 😁 or "That's my boy." 😬
If it were some creep, though, I'd ask him if he's lost his mind.

I'm not sure what smart thing to say here... ultimately, you have to distinguish between situations involving coercion and those that are consensual.
Coercion is a criminal offense... but if it's voluntary, 🤔 I really don't know what to say. 🤷
Dammit... I can't help but imagine being a 15-year-old kid hooking up with that teacher 🙂 who was maybe 28 at the time. If someone found out and she got in trouble, I'd be the first one defending her.

Admittedly, we've drifted off-topic in recent posts... 15 years old isn't pedophilia.

There is absolutely no justification or mercy for pedophilia.
Since we don't have the death penalty or execution here, forty years in prison is the way to go... but you have to agree that when an older woman sleeps with a 15-year-old, it isn't the same thing as some 45-year-old jerk attacking a 9-year-old girl. 😢
