Eh, I think it’s about time we dug this thread back up. 😬
Over at www.smashingpumpkins.com, they just dropped this news:
"it's official, the smashing pumpkins are currently writing songs for their upcoming album, their first since 2000. no release date has yet been set, but the band plans to begin recording this summer." 😍
And considering how Billy Corgan was talking last year about wanting to get the band back together...

Yeah, exactly. I haven't actually started any treatment yet. All I know is that my doctor mentioned we might look into it down the road once I’m ready to try for a baby—and let me tell you, that is still a long, long way off. 😁Time to make things a little more complicated. 😕 I haven't the slightest clue. 😳
Sorry to jump in out of nowhere, but I wanted to ask something:
chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis ~ is that basically Hashimoto's? 😕
That’s what it says on my lab results [from about 4 years ago 😬]. My TSH was high back then and my antibodies came back positive. Every time I went in for a checkup, my levels were technically euthyroid, but it's been a really long time since my last follow-up.. 😳
If you're looking to step up and become a bone marrow donor, get in touch with the Tissue Typing Reference Center at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, located within the Mayo Clinic and Johns Hopkins Hospital (contact prof. dr. sc. Yeah, sure, "internal organs." 🙄
So, what, you think you're going to wake up one day in a bathtub full of ice only to realize your kidney is missing? 👏 Honestly, I'm fine with it, even if there were some kind of organ snatching spree happening on the streets of Chicago... ☕[which isn't happening]. If anything, I'd sign a document right this second saying I don't want your organs either, just so you could sleep better at night. Who knows? Maybe someone doesn't actually want to help another person stay alive after they've passed away, right? 👎
*And the odds of that actually happening are about the same as an asteroid hitting the States. Like, right now.
Ugh, and then I actually ate some chocolate that one of my patients brought in for the doctor I was shadowing during my internship. Ugh, just gross. I guess I’m just bad to the bone. 😳 😳 😳
Mango said:It’s almost as if there’s this unspoken rule that doctors have to be these socially awkward, disheveled types with thick glasses—basically people who lack any interest in life outside of their textbooks and their patients. As if being unattractive or out of shape is some kind of prerequisite for being a good physician.
Man, if only. At least then I wouldn't be getting distracted every five seconds. Those guys from my college. 😍 😳

Look, I’m telling you, it wasn't me either. 🙂

Oh, right—it just hit me that they’ve already tried to bribe me. 😲
Back when I was doing my internship, a representative from a big pharmaceutical company dropped by and handed me a notepad, a pen, and a little compact mirror. 😳 😳 😳 I really should have known better. 🙂 It’s basically just self-sabotage.
I recently ran into a woman who had her arm amputated, and apparently, that limb is just sitting there somewhere on a university campus, preserved in a glass jar. 😲

Look, ever since this whole madness started sweeping through the country... 🙂 😁
