How long has this been going on?

It’s possible you’re having a metal allergy. You'll need an allergy test to figure out which specific metals are the culprit. It might be that the heat and sweat lately are making it even worse. Until you're certain what's causing it, your best bet is to take the ring off when you're sleeping or just hanging out at home. Only put it on when you're heading out if you want people to see it 😁
