My last period started around March 26th or 27th. My cycle usually runs anywhere from 28 to 38 days. We used condoms every single time and made sure he didn't finish inside—total paranoia mode. Now I'm stuck spiraling, wondering if I'm actually unlucky enough for a condom to fail and leave me pregnant because of bad luck.
Given how my cycle works, there's a decent chance it's just an issue with my ovaries, but the thought of being pregnant is driving me crazy. I'm planning to hit up the gynecologist tomorrow or Thursday.
You aren't that "lucky"
Periods get delayed due to stress and paranoia, among other things... and they usually decide to stay away exactly when you're most worried about them. But they eventually show up.
What's the point of typing this out when you already know? Condoms are reliable if used correctly. They don't just develop microscopic holes; if one breaks, there's no sperm left in it. It’s highly unlikely anyone would get pregnant from pre-ejaculate alone.
Well, those experts who actually analyze water quality were definitely talking about those devices...
The difference is that these filters—though most of them barely change the actual composition of the water, so you're basically just throwing money away—don't just strip out the chlorine; they also filter out the good stuff. Plus, filtered water is microbiologically "unstable," if that's even the right term, unlike tap water. It’s honestly better to drink straight from the tap, and save the filters for places where the tap water isn't reliable. In those cases, filtered is better than unverified.
So, the bottom line is this: if you want to sleep better at night, go ahead and buy the filters, but realistically, you aren't doing much for your health or the actual quality of the water.😁
enivejz, you can complain in the thread above, but I doubt it’ll lead anywhere 😕 since you and everyone else here stick to their principles, even when they're right.. 😁
