Dealing with incontinence in Health ·
I’m honestly not sure if anyone else has ever dealt with this specific issue, but I’ve been running into something lately—mostly while I’m at work—that happened both yesterday and today.

Since I work at this little corner grocery store where I’m basically the only one on my shift, I often have to dash to the restroom really quickly to take care of business before a customer walks in.

Yesterday, things were so rushed that I didn't even fully pull my pants down, and as I was getting dressed, I noticed they were wet—like, completely soaked with water.
At first, I just figured maybe I had accidentally leaked a little bit myself. But then, about an hour or two later, the exact same thing happened again.

Because the store was slammed that day, I started thinking that maybe I hadn't actually finished undressing properly, given that I was basically trying to go while half-sitting in such a hurry...

Well, it happened again today, though this time I actually managed to react in time by putting some toilet paper in my underwear, so I avoided the mess. (

I wouldn't say I'm going to the bathroom excessively, and there isn't any stinging or anything like that, it's more like... I don't know, it feels like my bladder doesn't fully empty. I think I've finished, but I haven't, and then that leftover bit just ends up on my clothes once I get dressed. I mean, I don't really have any control over that final bit, and it just leaks out without me even realizing it.

I'm really at a loss as to how I should even explain this to a doctor.

Should I be worried?
What could these results potentially indicate:

PDW 8.7 /ref. range 15.5-17.1/
plt 413 /ref. range 150-400/
RBC 4.99 /ref. range 3.9 - 5.00/

I'm wondering why my PDW is so low, and I suppose, what that might actually signify?

Everything else seems mostly fine, I guess, though my WBC is a bit elevated—but then again, I’ve been dealing with a cold, so that probably explains it.

The guy who performed my cupping therapy mentioned that my blood tends to clot quite quickly, and lately, I've also been experiencing some spontaneous bleeding from my gums.

I haven't actually seen a doctor yet; I just went ahead and had my blood drawn on my own initiative, purely just to keep an eye on things.

All that effort we put into people, trying so hard to be liked just so we can fit in... I don't know, man, doesn't seem to make much sense to me.
Hitting 27 is that turning point where you really start changing as a man. Your youth is winding down, you're starting to get older, and that means you finally start setting priorities—which basically means a lot of things just stop bothering you.

Because it happens to me... not with kids, right now, but there was a period where I genuinely thought I was a zoophile. And even though I'm not—I am 100% certain of that now—it actually happened during that phase where I would feel a genuine attraction to an animal. I remember once, while petting a dog, it felt as if I were truly becoming attracted to it. O.o
I'm losing my mind, I know it...☕

I honestly think what you’re actually terrified of is love itself—you know, the act of showing emotion or being affectionate—and you’re somehow blurring the lines between those feelings and sexual arousal. It’s perfectly normal to get this positive, happy, emotional rush in your brain when you’re petting a dog... which I guess you’re confusing with sexual excitement. I don't know, I'm probably just rambling here.😁
