You end up driving yourself absolutely crazy. First, you need to pinpoint the exact reason why. Once you’ve identified that, put in the work to actually change it.

In a way, there’s an argument to be made for it. You seem to gravitate toward the Darkness because everything finally settles down. During the day, everything feels rather bland and overwhelming—the world moves at such a frantic pace. But at night, things finally decelerate, and I suspect that slower tempo suits you just fine.
