Once again, I’m asking anyone who actually knows their stuff to please stick to discussing specific ingredients—you know, the produce, the meats, the actual food items—and what they actually do for you.

Best,👋

I have to agree, Taylor seems a bit out of the loop here... I've been swapping out eggs in my sponge cakes for cream cheese or a mash of bananas and raisins for years now.

What we put in our bodies definitely matters, though I suppose certain foods just don't sit right with one person's biology while working fine for someone else. As for all that talk about pesticides, ultra-processed junk, and unnecessary additives... honestly, that kind of stuff shouldn't be anyone's lifestyle mantra. We can pretend otherwise if we want, but unfortunately for us, nobody can argue their way out of the laws of physics and chemistry—it’s just how the world works.

Well, it’s a bit of a long story, but to put it simply, I honestly can't remember what it felt like to be stuck in my own head before I started. It’s about addressing those deep-seated constitutional issues you eventually just learn to tolerate—the kind of stuff you stop noticing because you think it's normal—and preemptively stopping future health problems from ever taking root, or at least catching them early enough to matter. Of course, it all hinges entirely on the skill of your practitioner; I have absolutely zero patience for charlatans or cheap New Age nonsense. A perfect example would be women dealing with things like painful or irregular periods and cysts; acupuncture can essentially resolve those issues for good, which in turn lowers the risk of developing breast cancer or other hormone-related conditions down the line. That’s just one small slice of the pie.

I don't touch alcohol, I don't smoke, and I haven't eaten meat in years...
and I only bother with acupuncture twice a year. 😉

I honestly can't believe what I'm looking at... 😢
Honestly, just track down a local homeopathic practitioner; they’ll probably give you some pellets that can kickstart the healing process and actually get that joint back to its original state, which is pretty much unheard of. Usually, once you suffer one sprain or strain, you're basically just waiting for the next one to happen even easier.

If you’re looking for a way to deal with respiratory issues, licorice root tea is basically a miracle worker. You can pick up a bag at any Whole Foods or local health food store; just follow the brewing instructions and sip it hot throughout the day.
It works just as well if you simmer some peeled, minced ginger in water and sweeten the whole thing with a bit of honey.

It’s wild, but I think I finally cracked the code for my own health. I was dealing with those same relentless sinus issues, usually hitting me hard every autumn and winter. It had actually gotten to the point where I was considering sinus surgery or some other drastic measure, especially since none of the standard over-the-counter stuff was doing a damn thing. I won’t bore you with an exhaustive list, but there are basically three paths people take. 1) Homeopathy, though its success really just hinges on whether your practitioner is skilled enough to actually find the right remedy—which, in my case, they weren't. 2) Acupuncture, which actually managed to fix a few of my "unsolvable" issues in just two sessions. 3) And the winner—Ayurvedic herbal supplements. You essentially find someone who knows their stuff through pages of research from an Ayurvedic institute based out of Haryana and then request a free consultation via the Ayunique link. The staff is incredibly professional, and they ship the customized remedies with full instructions straight to your door by air; it’s all bundled together for a two-month course...🙂 I'll stop there. Honestly, if you just follow the directions—even if the science behind them sounds a bit mystical—it works 100% because it actually targets the root cause of the problem rather than just masking it.

It doesn't strike me as anything remotely normal to me, especially when you're still in the prime of your life. You should probably get your hormone levels checked out.🤔

It’s kind of like that movie Italian for Beginners—just one of those lighthearted, breezy things that doesn't take itself too seriously.
Tillsammans
Happiness.
Amaro's Crime (Padre Amaro)
Seven
Bring him in.
Evil (a Japanese horror masterpiece that absolutely nails everything it sets out to do within its genre).
Life Whirlpool (American Beauty)
City of God... though maybe not necessarily in that exact order.
