Quick question for the current mod team. Is there any chance one of our regular users—specifically an Atlanta United fan—could step up as a moderator for this corner of the site? I feel like it would be more balanced if someone from our side handled this section, especially since the discussion about the Seattle Sounders is being moderated by a Sounders supporter, and the Portland Timbers thread is run by a Timbers fan. It might be worth mentioning that the vast majority of active posters on this entire board are actually Atlanta fans, so it feels a little strange that we don't have at least one moderator who also roots for the team.

It didn't bother Van one bit when the media spent years dragging Hajduk through the mud—you know, with all those daily reports about the riots and the skepticism over at the stadium. Back then, there weren't nearly as many articles popping up on news sites or minutes dedicated to them on the nightly news. But now that we're living in a country where media personalities like Ella DiLorenzo and Maja Šuput get more coverage for their kids than Hajduk’s youth academy, suddenly everyone's claiming there's some massive media machine working against us.

Not to mention how Van doesn't seem to care at all that this exact same media machine writes way more about you guys than they ever do about teams like RB Leipzig or FC Augsburg. Absolute jokes.

I guess it’s a sign there's something wrong with me if women notice her legs before they even mention that smile she used to wear. Maybe it's because I fell for her when I was pretty young—back when legs weren't really my main focus when looking at girls—whereas a smile is probably one of the first things you actually register when you're just a kid.

I know she wasn't exactly looking to show them off, even when she covered "Hot Legs" by Stewart and "Legs" by ZZ Top, but despite all that, my first thought whenever I think of Tina (aside from the music, obviously) will always be that infectious smile. And honestly, those curls were always everything to me—I remember her more for that wild hair than for her legs. I mean, the legs were divine, sure, but I’d only care about that if I knew Tina as a model or a photo icon... otherwise, people might think I'm just not paying attention to women.

With all due respect to the other incredible women who defined our musical era—and there were plenty—her name will always be synonymous with being the absolute greatest in my book.

If he were a knife, he’d be a dull one. I mean—what else can you even say about a guy who spends almost every single post calling everyone "sweetie" or "darling," only to turn around and call someone else a fairy? It just doesn't add up. 🤦

Aside from the usual anthems, he seems to have forgotten that they actually pulled off some of their biggest wins while playing under the radar—and that his club was basically just Hrvoje Šarinić’s playground throughout the 90s. He just doesn't like admitting that—prefers to spend his time acting like he owns our backyard instead.

Or someone tries to say different factions were buddies because their logos appeared together. Or those immature stories about certain groups hosting specific crews, or fans traveling to cities to defend the honor of rival gangs. You get it—these are such retarded talking points that only people from the other side would even use them to try and provoke American fan groups.
Just drop it, or put the old rival colors right over the crest and do whatever you want.

And I guess you aren't being delusional or useless when you mock our history by calling us a "regime club," or when you constantly try to diminish our wins by grouping us with teams that served a political agenda? Now, the very same people who were most heavily crucified back then have stepped into the role of judge. The only difference is they’ve added another particularly touching element—as is common in any story where someone tries to write the rules of what is acceptable and what isn't—which is using innocent, pure children. Good grief, I might actually shed a tear.

One must be cautious; this is absolutely no time for jokes. Because the moment we are living in is truly chilling. When such a distorted and dangerous faction of society is granted this much space and this much power, things cease to be humorous and become matters of serious concern.

We were just talking on the last home thread about how Ben is really the only one on our squad who’s constantly moving and looking for the ball during transitions. Maybe he isn't exactly a speed demon—he doesn't have that elite top-end sprint—but that constant movement and him always offering himself up to his teammates is just different from our usual average. It honestly doesn't surprise me at all given those distance covered stats that John Kim posted earlier.

The thing is—if you follow the old-school logic—his mileage per game is probably going to drop. I guess as he gets more used to this standing-style football, he won't have to cover as much ground. Maybe that's just how it works.

I don't recall anyone ever saying the guys from New Jersey overdid it with the sarcasm or calling them out just because they hang with the boys—but then again, the second you mention demons, you can bet someone from their crowd will jump in to trash them, probably just because they're tight with our crew...

The former leader of the jam and his backing band absolutely killed it at this Central Park show. I noticed he sprinkled in plenty of stuff from his solo years, which didn't take away from the setlist one bit—if anything, it added to it. Personally, I loved the whole thing. This kind of sound is right up my alley, and honestly, those two hours just flew by. I think I need to dive a bit deeper into his solo work... there's definitely some interesting material there.
