Just started heading out for a walk into town (by myself!) only for my sister to tell me that's banned too—I honestly thought we were just restricted from traveling between cities. I've been scouring the official CDC site and can't find any specific data regarding just walking through a neighborhood or around town... Please enlighten me 🤔

Aim to have your last meal by 7 PM at the latest.
For me, potatoes have been the easiest dinner option. It’s actually pretty interesting—even fries don't mess me up.
Then you've got things like oatmeal or pasta (just skip the heavy sauces)...
Save the sweet stuff, the heavily spiced meals, and the harder-to-digest foods for lunch.
Look, I know it's tough—I struggle to stick to this myself sometimes. Some days I nail it, and other days I regret eating at all because of how I feel later.
Yeah, I totally agree, but here's the issue: my hunger usually hits hardest in the middle of the night, and I'd much rather pig out than try to go to bed starving.😁
What do you guys think I should eat for dinner? I have this habit of eating way too late at night.
Does anyone know why I'm getting heartburn almost every single night—usually hitting right around 11 PM or midnight?
Can Jason Chase82 do it?
The current handle looks way better—honestly—but if you’re dead set on changing it, sure, it's possible. Just reach out to Nice.
I'm 16, and I've also dealt with chest indentations since I was about 9 or 10 years old.
If only it were just that—simple and easy. Because of that indentation, my ribs actually protrude, and honestly, it sends me into a depression quite often. I’m too ashamed to strip down in front of friends, and when I'm at the beach, I head straight for the water just so nobody sees me. My question is: how long will it take in the gym to at least "mask" this problem a little bit?
