Just ask the admin, Mr. Pes or Mi-24. One of them might actually be willing to work with you. I'm not positive, though. Bottom line: send in a request. But don't get your hopes up if you're looking for a total overhaul—they won't do that. They might "fix" a typo or add or remove a single letter, but if you're asking for a completely different name? Forget about it.
Is anyone actually getting bored after five months? Man... I mean, you’ve got people here who have been sticking it out since the old forums—we're talking over seven years if my math is right.
Most complaints just get shut down immediately because the thread title is basically: "Moderator XYZ sucks" or "Admin ABC doesn't know how to moderate." Complaints where people actually lay out the facts on level ground and use a civil tone are incredibly rare. And even rarer still is someone actually admitting they were in the wrong. Maybe try sending a PM to an admin or a mod every once in a while? Honestly, that can be way more effective.
Why didn't you say ANYTHING? These are just tiny subforums where we don't need some heavy-handed moderation. Don't tell me you haven't got any ambition for the big stages, like US News or Politics or whatever else is out there?
And you can't just go deleting threads. That’s strictly for the mods, so if you’re looking to wipe a topic, you’ll have to reach out and ask one of them.
When you’re signing up for the forum, there’s a field where you can drop the name of whoever told you about us. Honestly, it doesn't really matter. It's just a way to see who's actually bringing people into the fold...😁
