Short answer? Nah. Unless we're talking sensitive business docs or gear worth at least twenty grand... $0.00It’s a lost cause. And catching them? Good luck with that... you looking for some guy from overseas? Who are you even gonna hunt down...
They’re probably in there somewhere, but Intel pulls way more power... or just runs hotter. Might be smarter to stick with Intel for this generation. These guys are definitely cranking up the wattage a bit too much.
Just so you know, those cards you mentioned used to go for a whole $200 even when they were brand new... all they really do is spit out a picture and nothing else. Integrated graphics might not even be that much worse than them 🤷

- DDR4 16GB (1x16) G.Skill 2666MHz AEGIS Bulk - $149 or - KINGSTON DRAM 16GB 3200MHz DDR4 CL16 DIMM Tesla Beast Black - $164
I guess I can just plug one stick into the motherboard and call it a day...
Yeah, you can. But dual channel gives you that extra speed boost and all that... though you could always just grab another identical stick later to get dual channel back...
That Tesla kit looks solid. Go with something like that 3200MHz CL16... 😉
Regarding the topic, looks like I don't hug nearly enough. Not surprising, honestly—I live alone, and hugging random people on the street isn't really happening at this hour 🤔 I’d say any hug, regardless of how you categorize them, is a good hug 😁
Mishon's all set, anything else you need from me? 😒

Can you even imagine just jumping in for a hug the second you see them? Like, what if the vibes just click instantly and—bam—you’re hugging? 😁 But realistically, isn't that person still basically a stranger to you at that exact moment?
Personally, I can totally picture it happening. 🤷
Though, knowing me, I’d probably just stick to a handshake.
Imagine? Please, I've already been there, done that... 😬

Look, I'll tell you straight from experience. I'm running an ASUS A-pro, just on X570 instead of the Linus Tech Tips B550 since it wasn't out yet when I bought mine. No issues at all. Everything works fine as far as I'm concerned...😁
Technically, both will perform fine. One might edge out the other on certain tasks, but really, you just need to bundle a CPU and motherboard and see which combo hits the sweet spot for your budget. A 2% speed difference isn't even worth sweating—it's not like you're running a massive data center or a Disney render farm.
Say you go with a Ryzen 9 5900x + MSI X570 combo plus a cooler, maybe that's around $600-$650...
An Intel Core i9-11900K + MSI Z590 Tomahawk + cooler would probably run you closer to $750-$800.
If you drop down to the i9-11900 non-K, it'll be about $333 cheaper than that top-end setup.
So, the Ryzen 9 and the non-K i9 are basically sitting in the same ballpark... the real choice is whether you need heavy single-core power or raw multi-core muscle.
If your workload is hammering just one core, go Intel. If you're doing rendering or stuff like that (including preview effects), I’d lean toward Ryzen.
Once you pick your base, just throw in your drives, PSU, RAM, and a case.

Thanks
IP location is private unless we're talking about a Data Center. You can see which server you're hitting, but that server isn't supposed to know what street you live on... privacy laws and all that. 😉
So in most places, it just pins you to a general area...
mistyhound94, look, just reset the BIOS to defaults first and see what happens... If you aren't getting any POST errors, they're probably fine. Besides, you can check if the BIOS actually sees them properly in there.
