Hey there.
I was wondering—is it EVER actually normal for someone to have a temperature between 99°F and 99.5°F every single day without feeling sick or having any cold symptoms? This has been going on for about a month now.
I checked with my doctor, and she just suggested it’s probably some kind of lingering virus. 🙄

So, here’s the deal:
I've been struggling with sleep. Every single night, even when I'm absolutely exhausted, it takes me at least two or three hours just to drift off. It isn't the temperature, I'm not overthinking things, and there aren't any specific stressors keeping me up. I end up getting maybe five hours of sleep a night—that's it. And naps during the day don't work for me either. The real issue is that I'm constantly wiped out; my memory is shot, and my focus is even worse. I feel completely drained and listless, and this has been going on for quite a while now.
Does anyone have any advice, personal experiences, or even just a suggestion? Should I try to force a long sleep session, or am I better off just staying awake since this is becoming unbearable?
Maybe ramping up physical activity would help? Help.🙂
