Same here—account is verified, but I'm totally stuck on withdrawals until I clear this hurdle:

My address is fine. I already uploaded my ID photos and everything cleared without an issue. That verification letter just never showed up. Thanks for the tip, though. I was already thinking about requesting a new code.

Quick question about Betway. About two months ago, they mailed me a verification code so I could actually withdraw my winnings, but the letter never showed up. Has anyone here managed to fully verify their account without that physical code? Is there any way to cut a deal with them?
