How on earth do you manage your inflammations?
Hell no, man. I’m losing my mind here.😬 I just leave the rings out for a few days until it heals. When it gets inflamed, it hurts so damn much I can't even get the jewelry through the piercing.
Doesn't breast size depend on genetics? Honestly, I don't really have much 😬 It’s not like it bothers me though. I’ve been training almost my entire life, so what would I even do with huge breasts anyway? But sometimes, like when I lie down, they're so small I can actually feel my ribs through the tissue. Chills. I don't know. As long as they're healthy, I'm happy. 😍
Seriously though, what’s wrong with wearing socks to bed? I'm constantly freezing and my feet are always ice cold, so sometimes I just throw on some socks when I sleep—definitely a must during the winter months.

thanks.
Ugh, tell me about it. Only my left side gives me trouble too. It can't be an allergy—if it were, it would hit both sides. Feels more like I just hit a weird acupuncture point when I was getting pierced.
God, my pierced ears are absolutely trashed, like, a million times over I used to have eight piercings, and now? I’ve got nothing. I’m probably the only person left on Earth dealing with these constant, nagging infections in my earlobes And here we go again—the left one is acting up and inflamed once more
Can anyone point me toward a solid orthopedic specialist who focuses specifically on elbows? In Chicago or anywhere else, I don't care. I just need an expert opinion on my elbow. I’m not walking into just any random orthopedist because my situation is incredibly specific. I’ve had doctors messing around with my elbow for years—drilling into the bone, three different surgeries, the whole nine yards. Look, the details aren't the point right now, just know this is a delicate case and I have no idea who to trust. So, if anyone knows a top-tier orthopedic surgeon specializing in elbows, please reach out. I'm lost on who to turn to since this injury happened ten years ago. Thanks.😁

Last time it was also late, maybe by two weeks, so I went to my OB-GYN. She checked me out and said there’s nothing physically wrong, just hormonal issues—stress and stuff. I feel bloated and basically have PMS for a month straight now. It's driving me crazy! I really don't want to take birth control pills, so if any of you girls know how to jumpstart things naturally, I would be so grateful!
So what exactly are you eating? 🤷 One friend of mine just told me flat-out she hasn't had her period in five months 😲 and she isn't even stressed about it. Meanwhile, I'm over here like 😲😲😲 Eat something substantial... I don't know about you, but from experience, I know how this goes. When I had anorexia, I used to claim I was eating "healthy" when my diet was basically a leaf of lettuce and half a prune a day Now look at me: cysts, low blood pressure, and all sorts of other health issues Just go eat. ☕
Is there actually a test that can confirm a virus is present, or is that something you can only be certain about after someone passes away? I can't exactly get into an argument with Wikipedia. 😁
Quick question about rabies. What’s the incubation period look like? What are the first symptoms? And does the bite wound itself show anything specific? Also, what are the actual odds of someone surviving this virus? Anyone here have some info? Thanks 😁
At home, just ask your parents to stop buying all that junk—candy, chips, processed spreads, whatever. Make the bulk of what you eat stuff you actually have to prep, cook, or peel yourself. Like raw peanuts or seeds. Real food requires work.
For sure. I told my mom to stop bringing Nutella and all that crap into the house, and honestly? It’s been awesome since we cleared it out. I was never really a big snacker anyway, but I have a massive weakness for dried figs and Peanut M&M's... which nobody buys anymore because they know once I start, I can't stop. You need your friends and family to have your back on this stuff.
Hey, I’m heading into New York City; they're holding some open meetings there. 😉 I started doing the same thing around 3 PM, except back then I just stopped eating altogether. Now? I'm in this phase where I overeat for a month straight, then go two months barely touching food. You know you'll be fighting this your whole life, but hey, at least we aren't alone. 😉
Yeah, obviously. To them, money always trumps anything you do for the public good.
Ugh, thanks, I was thinking the exact same thing 😁 I totally blanked on paying that fine and that whole summons for community service I'll just pay them that $67 and bring the receipt and everything 😁
Look, it’s simple: you either pay the fine or you do the community service. You don't get hit twice. How exactly do you think that works?
I just got a court summons giving me the choice between community service or jail time. Is there any way to dodge this if I just show up to court with a receipt showing I already paid the fine?
Fibroadenomas, fibrolipomas, and whatever other "fibro-" things exist... So, I’ve got these two lumps on my body. One was found in my right breast when I was 16, and the other showed up a few years ago on my ribs—right on the bone.
Here’s the deal: this one on my rib is actually bothering me. It hurts. But every doctor I talk to says they wouldn't touch it.😕 WTF! If it's benign, why am I stuck dealing with the pain? Wouldn't it be better just to get it out? I’ve already seen plastic surgeons and dermatologists, but nobody wants to perform the surgery.
Has anyone here actually had benign lumps removed? And if you did, were there any issues afterward?
If you’re still growing, don't mess it up. Stop smoking—it kills your growth potential. Cut out the booze, get at least eight hours of solid sleep at night, eat clean, and spend time outside in the sun. Stick to these basics and you'll easily tack on another two inches if not more.
Smoking stunts growth? Oh, wow. I'm definitely going to go crush a pack right now. 😁 Personally, I wouldn't want to be any taller. I'm 5'9" and that's plenty, especially since I dance. Height isn't exactly an advantage there. God, I just hope I'm done growing. I'm 24. That's enough. Seriously, enough. 😁
I’m talking about height here We spend our entire lives evolving, everyone moving into their own dimension 😁 But at what point are we supposed to stop getting taller? I heard for women it's around age 25
Hey, I’ve got two issues: my lower back and my elbow. My spine has been crooked since I was a kid—scoliosis and a bit of kyphosis, basically an S-curve. I try to maintain good posture, but the lower back pain has become unbearable lately because of all the dancing I do! The second issue is my elbow. I had three surgeries on it about ten years ago, and now it’s just scarred over. I can't even bend my arm all the way anymore.
Question: Can chiropractic work actually help reduce this back pain or improve my arm's mobility at all? Has anyone here actually used a chiropractor before? Physical therapy is out of the question for me—between dance and my job, I just don't have the time. Right now, I'm just getting massages because that's the only thing providing any relief.
If you’ve been to one or know a great chiropractor, please send some info my way.
There is zero chance we ever see No Doubt like that again. That ska era is dead and buried, and Gwen Stefani has moved way past it. Personally, I dig every single version of her sound and style. I actually bleached my own hair just because I saw her rocking it. 😁
