Joseph Clark37 said:Of course they can take down NATO aircraft and drones. That’s exactly why I’m saying they should exclusively use F-22s, flying right along the border to conduct hit-and-run engagements against Russian targets identified by AWACS. This approach limits coverage to specific parts of Ukraine while minimizing the risk of being shot down. If a plane does go down, you just replace it with a new one and keep moving. I'd be curious to see what the actual kill ratio would look like in that scenario. An outdated drone falling out of the sky doesn't prove anything, and the idea that it wasn't detected might not even be true...

Why on earth would Americans do that?
Just wondering, honestly.

Do you seriously think they’re just saints who are gonna go to war against the Russians just for the sake of Ukraine or something?

Isn't it a little weird to you that a country of 44 million people can't even kick out maybe 100k occupiers?
And isn't it a bit strange that Ukraine used to be the third largest arms producer in the world, yet now they're getting a few rifles sent over from places like the US?

Joseph Clark37 said:Of course they would notice if we started taking down their aircraft like flies, especially if ground forces started losing high-value assets at an even higher rate than before. What do you think Putin would do then? Would he just immediately drop nukes and commit suicide for the entire Russian state and its people? Not a chance...

So what if they actually manage to take down a NATO plane? What's your move then?

Oh yeah, I bet you think they aren't even capable of pulling that off.🤣

Just look at some old relic from the USSR days flying over Washington, D.C.—nobody even notices anything until the damn thing hits the ground.

Joseph Clark37 said:If I were in the driver's seat of the US government, I'd deploy two or three divisions to Poland. I'd take about a dozen of our most advanced drones, paint them in Ukrainian colors, and run 24/7 missions over Ukraine. I'd station two squadrons of F-22s along the border between Romania and Ukraine, equipped with AIM-260s, using AWACS to spot Russian aircraft and taking them down whenever the opportunity arises. I would simply dismiss every Russian accusation as pure fiction and wait for their next move...

Donald, is that you?

That drone doesn't even have a datalink. What kind of hacking are you even talking about, for God's sake?

The Ukrainians, the Russians, and even NATO would be shaking in their boots if Banozic actually gave them a call.🤦

Kyle Campbell4 said:A third Russian general has fallen. It always happens the same way: once the momentum stalls on the battlefield, they try to get close to the front lines to boost troop morale or scout the situation personally. Then, when things inevitably spiral out of control, they start barking orders at Chechen units positioned in the rear, who end up setting up blockades and firing on their own retreating soldiers. You simply cannot kill off an endless wave of Orcs when they keep pouring in constantly. Honestly, I fail to understand what on earth the leadership in western Ukraine is waiting for. They have a massive pool of $15-20 billion just sitting there. They need to organize those brigades and deploy them immediately to support the efforts in both the north and the south of the country.

Has the "Spirit of Kyiv" actually accomplished anything yet?

Kyle Campbell4 said:Detecting drones via radar is an incredibly difficult task. This is precisely why most air defense systems have proven themselves to be largely ineffective against them. The Armenians faced massive struggles against Bayraktars, which effectively dismantled their entire suite of Russian-made air defense units. Even the legendary S-300—which those pro-Russian factions used to hype up during the discussions regarding Syria as if it were some ultimate, elite solution—wasn't enough. There were months upon months of anticipation, waiting to see when Putko would deliver that particular toy to Bashar al-Assad so he could finally close off the skies and feel secure; after all, nobody is foolish enough to challenge him once he possesses a sophisticated S-300. In the end, however, these drones proved that such systems are little more than expensive, outdated scrap metal.

You don't even use an S-300 for drones.🤦

Putin’s got a tiny little 5'6" frame, yet Zelenskyy is out here making himself look like a damn giant at 5'7"

So, have the Chinese and Indians actually condemned the invasion and decided to stand with Ukraine yet?

How can you say they aren't harsh?
What exactly do you think "heavy-duty sanctions" even look like?

Kyle Campbell4 said:We aren't talking about some random person on the street who is terrified of war and would surrender everything just to stay safe. This concerns influential individuals holding significant positions. Take a pro-Russian figure like Vidmarovic, for instance, who might be on someone's payroll. Such people can perversely manipulate others toward the Russian side. We must remain vigilant regarding who is speaking or writing, and we ought to investigate their meetings and bank transfers.

Thinking like that is incredibly dangerous because tomorrow, any jerk you don't like is going to be labeled a Russian sympathizer and thrown in jail.
How is that even different from how things work in Putin's Russia? ☕

It looks like Zelenskyy is looking for negotiations. I can't find a specific news report right this second, so I don't know if it's legit yet.

It "vanished" because it was never even said in the first place.

Julius Caesar said:Oh, so an invasion is totally fine then? Glad you cleared that up for me; honestly, enough people around here were acting like an invasion is some kind of massive crime, so thanks for the heads-up. I guess if the Ukrainians don't have the right paperwork in order, everything is just fair game.

You're being way too paranoid.

Did I ever actually say the invasion was okay?
Look, I'm all for it—I condemn any kind of attack on sovereign nations, period.

You're better off just heading to hell.😉
