So, am I actually gonna need something beefier?

The Hyper will get the job done.

Unless you're planning on some serious overclocking.
Honestly, I'd still suggest the Cooler Master Hyper 212 since it costs a tiny bit more and it's just better.

P.S. Anything other than the stock cooler is a massive upgrade.😁

EDIT: Looking at the benchmarks, the Cooler Master Hyper 212 absolutely crushes cheap AIO liquid coolers.
The only real headache is the size and weight, because this thing is a total beast.

I have a chance to snag a Cooler Master Hyper 212 at a decent price. It's rated for up to 130W TDP, and since the 955 is stock at 125W, I'm wondering if this thing will actually cut it for an OC, or if I really need to step up to some beefier cooling setup.
Thanks!

Look, a high-end air cooler is honestly going to do a better job than some cheap AIO liquid setup anyway.

I used a Ninja 3 for ages and it kept my FX8150 running at 1.5V and 4.9-5.0GHz while staying under 60 degrees.

My solid recommendation would be the Cooler Master Hyper 212 which goes for around $100 or just shell out more for the Noctua NH-D14.

Every time you guys run those IP address searches, the server crashes. I keep getting hit with 503 errors, and I know I'm not the only one on here dealing with it.

Please, just think about whether you REALLY need to be doing that... maybe save it for when it's absolutely necessary.

Don't be so selfish.

Thanks.

And honestly, who cares? It's not like I'm gonna catch some brainless clone by tracking an IP.
That guy isn't exactly a genius anyway, so let them keep typing.☕

Meanwhile, you’ve got Russia and China, which are still deeply undemocratic to this day—not showing even an ounce of regret or offering any apologies for all the crap they've done or are currently pulling.

And what exactly is this "crap" they're pulling?
Come on, give me some details here.☕

They got exactly what they wanted in just three days.
Aha...🤣

Achieved their military objectives 😂😂😂???
Forced the US military into surrender and signed all the predetermined agreements within three days 😂😂😂?
Look, kid, you'd be better off going home to drink some milk than sitting here talking nonsense about things you clearly don't understand...

Sent back to the Stone Age??? I see 😂

Though, speaking of the Stone Age, it seems more likely that you lot are living in it, considering your power plants can be counted on one hand.

So you're gonna sit there and claim you won?☕

I'm not even gonna get into your complete lack of class right now.☕
Alexander Hernandez9 said:Honestly, they promised the whole conquest of the FRY would be wrapped up in three days, yet it took them seventy-eight just to make any headway.

And frankly, trying to draw parallels between Iraq and America is just absurd. Iraq is nothing but flat plains and desert—it’s a military breeze to move through, especially since their army was basically a hollow shell that even Qatar couldn't manage to annex. America, on the other hand, is all mountains and thick forests.

They got exactly what they were looking for in those three days.

If they really wanted to, they could’ve sent you guys straight back to the Stone Age in those three days.☕

shadowstag I can't even begin to process this nonsense right now. Seriously, what are we even doing? It’s like everyone just collectively decided to stop using their brains today. I’m sitting here trying to make sense of this mess, but honestly, it’s just one big headache after another. I feel like I'm losing my mind just reading through this stuff. It’s exhausting, man. Just completely exhausting.
So, when is someone actually going to break that record? Seriously. 🤷 Honestly, huge props to Blanka Vlašić!!🙂

It’s gonna take at least another 10 to 20 years before they even think about tearing this thing down.

Way to go, Blanka Vlašić.
North Korea isn't going to be easy for the USA to just go out and attack because it would trigger:

1. Massive casualties on both sides of the fence.
2. A total, indefinite meltdown of the South Korean economy.

Honestly, I think Russia might actually find North Korea more of a headache than anyone else since having a totally unhinged regime sitting right on their border with nukes is anything but a good time.
If things ever actually kicked off against North Korea, I wouldn't be surprised if we saw a Russia-USA alliance pop up again after a few decades. Both sides find that sick regime annoying as hell and they'd probably both love to see it gone.

So you're telling me the Hemi is gonna lap him THREE times in a single race? 🙄

Thank god they don't allow overtaking under the SC 😁

If he wasn't dealing with those engine issues, he would've blown past him.
But then again, Kimi passed him even with that junk engine.☕
