The situation is this: because my recent lab results were exceptionally poor, I've been sent off for further diagnostic testing, and I am desperately hoping someone here might understand what on earth is happening.
Since the initial findings were so alarming, the hematology department at the Mayo Clinic is demanding additional tests before they can even consider starting any kind of treatment plan.

It was a total toss-up, but we went for it: first layer was chocolate mousse, the middle was vanilla with raspberry, and that third layer was some kind of fruit medley—something like peach or nectarine. And honestly? It was absolutely divine!!!

We took everything—the cake, all the pastries, the whole spread—it was all bundled right into our set menu price, and let me tell you, people were obsessed! Just incredible. Honestly? It was beyond good. Absolutely divine! I need some honest recommendations! Seriously! Give me your best stuff! 😍
I really have to mention this—if you haven't already tried, seen, or even heard about... "Charlotte" from Salesforce! Absolutely flawless! Everything! The pastries, which aren't just your run-of-the-mill stuff, they're special, and that cake? Perfection. Everyone was completely blown away. Seriously, I cannot recommend them enough!
Finally, I’m actually getting off my butt today to try and finalize the cake order... they’ve already been blowing up our phones asking about it, which is just great because we are officially only 8 days out from the wedding! 🤣 Ha! See? I am finally taking action! I am actually doing something productive for once! 😂
