Hey there, hope everyone is having a good day. I was wondering if it might be possible to change my username just a little bit, if that's okay.

Thanks so much!

?

I actually already reached out to ZgSash about this, and they told me to head over here instead.😍

It was denied based on rule #3..

I was wondering if a moderator could maybe move this thread over to the "General Chat" section under "The Voting Thread" just so I don't end up opening a duplicate topic... thanks so much

(Or you could just delete this one and I'll go ahead and start a fresh post over there myself)

😍,

..it definitely wasn't "bad intentions," far from it... actually, I think what you're doing is great! Keep it up!

👍👍👍

We’re trying to collect likes on our photo to earn food donations. Please help us win, and we’ll donate all the food we get to the local shelter.

THANK YOU 👍

...look, I'm not a moderator, but this honestly feels more like a blatant advertisement than an actual plea for help for the dogs at the local shelter!
It goes without saying that not everyone is on Facebook!
And if you're going to write it like this, you should at least mention that DM is sponsoring this so people understand why their link is posted first.

The way this thread is set up is totally wrong and it actually makes people want to look away!

It would have been so much nicer to approach this differently... maybe introduce us to the folks over at the Friends Shelter so we can actually see the amazing work they do.
Then, after building that connection, you could ask for the supplies the dogs actually need.

The people at Friends work themselves to the bone; they're looking after over 250 dogs out there. They need everything under the sun, but please, let's just present ourselves with a bit of class.

👍

😍😍😍

Yeah, I hear you... what exactly are you looking for? Like, what kind of services or setup are you dreaming up?👍
