I picked one up at Target—around $7--$2.75. I’m pretty sure you can find them at the beach, those little dollar stores, or just any shop selling random imports.
With those chemicals, it's basically just clear liquid that pops under UV light. You could probably fake the same thing using an erasable marker and a laser pointer (like from that 😬 toy). Tried it myself—works like a charm. 😁

You've basically got two ways to go about this.

1) After you're done hanging out on the forum, just look for the logout link at the bottom of the index page and hit that. That way, your sister can log in whenever she wants—she might even be remembered by the site—and then she just needs to log out when she's finished.

2) Or, you could just set up a few different user accounts on the computer. That way, everyone can stay remembered on the forum for as long as they want without worrying about someone else accidentally jumping into their account. I actually have a sister who uses the forums sometimes, so I ended up doing it this way myself. 😉

When you log in, just check the box that says remember me.
If you do that, you won't get logged out until you hit the bottom of the index page—and even then, only when you actually want to.😉

That way, you won't be getting kicked off—you'll stay logged in until you hit the bottom of the index and decide you're ready to sign out. 😉

Look, people have been asking about this forever. You can't just delete your own account—it doesn't work that way. And honestly, the admins aren't going to wipe your profile unless you've had it for like six months with zero posts, which... yeah, definitely isn't you. I guess your best bet is to just stop visiting the site altogether, or maybe just log out (there’s a link at the bottom of the Reddit homepage) and just start fresh with a brand new username. 🙂

Reddit never actually wipes its users—unless you register and then don't post a single thing for six months straight. But even if someone’s been totally MIA since 2003, they just stay in the database. I think the "patients" were just the users who got purged during the system crash...

You can't just swap out your handle whenever you feel like it—it's not that simple. You’d have to reach out to the site admins and ask them to do it for you. Just a heads-up though, they usually only handle tiny tweaks—like stripping out extra numbers, dashes, or weird symbols... nothing too crazy. For all the nitty-gritty details, check here.
But honestly, since this is basically your first post, there's a much easier way to fix your little dilemma. Just head over to the main page, scroll all the way down, and hit the Log out, Kenneth Kim41 link. Then, just sign up again with the name you actually want. One thing to keep in mind—you’ll need a totally different email address for the new account, since you can't reuse the one you used for this one.
