I’ve been dealing with this exact same issue for quite a long time now—what some people call "cold hands and feet syndrome"—and if I’m being honest, I think it’s a massive overreaction. It doesn't actually point to any underlying illness or medical disorder at all.
I mean, look, whenever I’m out in the cold, my hands get cold. When I’m somewhere warm, they feel warm again. It seems to me that this has much more to do with the ambient temperature around you than any actual disease or, specifically, "poor circulation." If you’re standing in a freezing room, your hands are going to be cold—even if you had the most efficient circulatory system in the entire universe.
It honestly feels most frustrating when doctors are shielded and excused by that tired old argument—"mistakes happen, doctors are only human." While I agree that errors can occur, that shouldn't be an excuse to bypass accountability; responsible parties still need to face consequences. I’ve watched several televised segments covering this exact topic, and every single time, that same spokesperson from the American Medical Association pops up to deliver that identical, hollow explanation.
In my view, doctors are being given far too much leeway—it’s almost reaching an unreasonable level. There really needs to be actual accountability, which I believe should include things like a lifetime revocation of their medical license for those who are truly responsible.

Thanks for the input.
I’ll definitely go get checked out—I mean, I should—but I have this nagging feeling it might be nothing too serious... maybe it's just some localized inflammation or something similar.

Great, in that case, I'll just head over there the same day and get everything squared away...
thanks for the info
Does anyone happen to know what the deadline is for submitting travel expense reports? I’ve been scouring the internet, but I haven't been able to find anything useful...
I actually have one outstanding report from the year before last—it somehow got buried under a mountain of paperwork in my room, and I completely lost track of it. I only managed to dig it up the other day...
I was wondering if it’s actually possible for someone to have blood drawn twice in a single day? I don't mean in the context of donating—I assume you give much more than what's needed for testing—but rather that I need to get some lab work done, and I won't be able to do both at the same facility. That said, if it were physically possible, I would definitely prefer to just get it all over with on the same day...

Thanks for the reply—though I suppose if I really need to seek professional advice, I should probably head to an orthopedist or someone in that field, right?..
Honestly, though, there isn't any pain anymore. Ever since I stopped doing push-ups entirely, the discomfort has just... vanished. It doesn't hurt at all, nothing. It's just that, you know, if I happen to feel around the area, I can still detect that little bone protrusion.
Is it actually possible for a collarbone to pop out of place?
I've been hitting the push-ups pretty consistently lately, but recently I’ve started feeling this pain on the left side of my collarbone—and there's this clicking sound, too. When I feel around the area, I can tell it's quite swollen; the bone just seems much more prominent on the left side compared to the right.
I’ve been spending the last two days trying to swap out these twenty measly bucks my grandmother accidentally handed me—bless her heart, her eyesight isn't what it used to be. Is it even possible to exchange this junk in this godforsaken country? Everywhere I turn, people just stare at me blankly, wondering what on earth I'm holding; it's incredibly frustrating because it's basically foreign currency from across the border. Honestly, I might just have to head down to Mississippi—they'll take just about anything you throw at them there, even if it's nothing more than scrap paper. At that point, paper is just paper, I guess.
