Since I used some cheap, low-end spray paint on my PC modding project, I’ve been thinking about how to toughen up the finish and make it more scratch-resistant. My plan is to hit it with several layers of clear coat!?!?!?!? What do you guys think—is this actually doable... and what kind of results should I expect?

Alternatively, do what I do: grab some split loom tubing—it costs next to nothing—slit it open, and slide the cables through (check the link below). Those power supply cables are a nightmare to hide otherwise.
I’m really not a fan of this vent; it totally blocks the view of the internals, and I bet it’s going to be loud as hell. It would be much better if they used a transparent panel or something similar instead.
Don't you agree?
Also, it would look a lot cleaner if that empty space near the ROM slots wasn't so visible... honestly, that side panel just doesn't fit the aesthetic of this specific case model at all.
I honestly can't wrap my head around how things work this way here in the States... when I look at other countries, the engagement levels are through the roof!
Why is it that Americans just don't seem as interested?
Hey, does anyone know where I can pick up a UV neon light here in the States?
I picked up my first two at some local shop that's gone out of business now, and honestly, I just stumbled upon them by total accident... I was looking for a single 30 cm tube, but all I ended up with were two 10 cm ones, and they're just way too small for what I need.
Does anyone happen to know which private eye clinics offer cornea reshaping procedures? I’m looking into both PRK and LASIK. I'm curious about what the typical price range looks like for these two types of surgery here in the States.
Looks sharp, but isn't that 10-inch fan going to smack right into the heatsink?!?! I have a feeling you won't be able to close the side panel, especially since a 10-inch fan is at least 5 cm deep enough to cause issues.
It wasn't available at HG. I ended up sourcing it from VE-MIL, and even then, I was stuck waiting 12 days for the delivery!!!! And the price $100 (though honestly, it’s more about how elegant it looks than the cost 👍)
By the way, regarding that desk you have... what kind of socket does that mount go to? Actually, what's the width of the part you're screwing onto the CPU passive heatsink? (I think you know what I'm getting at here...). Maybe you could sell it to me, or just tell me where I can pick one up. On a side note, I'm currently selling a Corsair star Force A2268, 90mm.
I’m running a bit behind schedule; I ran into some massive headaches while trying to get everything connected (which actually forced me to tear it all down again yesterday just to reposition the sensors), but I finally managed to get it up and running... so here we go (The quality is pretty rough since I don't have a dedicated digital camera, just my phone 🙂 ), but you can still make out the progress!
An absolutely massive collection (definitely not for those still stuck on AOL), but it’s got everything you could need...
Regarding my potentiometer; I finally placed the order. But get this—it's only available in Cleveland, and they're telling me it'll take two weeks just to ship it out to the Department of Defense in Indianapolis!??!?!!?! Can you believe the logistics on that? As soon as I get it installed in the rig, I'll snap some photos and upload them...
I am absolutely fed up with this shop out in Memphis. It’s been two weeks since I ordered a potentiometer, and they still haven't managed to deliver... total incompetence on their part. Honestly, if you're looking at LUNIS, just stay far away from them 🙂.
It looks like I’ll have to drive down to the Micro Center myself just to be safe... might as well pick up a new hard drive while I'm at it. nice

It would honestly look better if it were, say, the Mercedes-Benz emblem (the one on the hood). Unless, of course, you aren't a fan of Mercedes-Benz...
