Your primary care physician could probably get the ball rolling on that. Unless you’ve been supplementing with iron, there's really no way for your ferritin to be hovering near or above the limit through normal means, barring some underlying illness. In my opinion, it’s worth digging into the cause, as an elevation like that is usually just a hint that something else is going on.

Wait, is that the Spanish one? I mostly stick to American movies—I just vibe better with the language. I tried watching a Chinese film once and it was pretty meh, even though everyone seems to be pushing Chinese cinema lately. I actually wanted to check out the latest Pinocchio, but since it was in Italian, I didn't even bother downloading it.
There are two versions available: the original in Spanish and an English version. Personally, I don't mind the Spanish at all even though I don't speak it—I do know Italian, though—and as long as the subtitles are decent, I don't really have an issue even with Asian films. 😁
