As it stands, it just looks like someone who might have had a bit too much to drink and lost their head.

Your idea of a sketch promoting equality is quite interesting; Black performers stripping on stage while white audiences laugh.

So, in my view, the whole concept of exposing them is a rather noble pursuit.

The internet has unmasked so many things that used to be hidden behind closed doors or confined to small, isolated circles. I suppose it’s now quite apparent just how many eccentric characters are walking among us in everyday life.

Generally speaking, the construction industry here seems to struggle with volume, and when they actually do manage to build something, the prices are frankly astronomical; I suppose that’s why those older buildings remain so highly valued. If they were to develop a massive new district over by the Kopilica area, you'd likely see property values in San Diego, near Solin Hill, start to dip significantly. At least, that’s my way of looking at it—I don't think anyone in their right mind would pay 3,000 square feet for an old unit if there was shiny new construction available nearby. 🤷

How does this all actually play out? Are prices finally going to drop once this famous inflation dies down, when the restrictions are lifted, trade routes reopen, and Putin is dealt with? Or are prices just going to stay stuck right where they are, with the hikes simply leveling off or slowing down?

Who is even bothering him? I would perhaps suggest he finds something more productive to occupy his time than worrying about wars and who is responsible for what.

One should try to maintain a positive outlook, regardless of how difficult things might feel sometimes. ☕

My dad was just telling me that the price for a single mesh reinforcement for concrete slabs and walls—I think it's an 8-inch one—is 900 freaking dollars. A year ago, it was 300. Or maybe 400. Meanwhile, my paycheck stays exactly where it is. So, how am I supposed to stay calm when things are like this?

It seems like the worst possible time to mess up and start building something. As you probably know, material costs have gone through the roof, parts take forever to arrive, finding a decent contractor is nearly impossible, and inflation is hitting incredibly hard. You either take it or leave it. That is how I am looking at it, though I have some other short-term obligations right now, so I am not sure if I would dive straight into a loan, especially since I plan to take a brief hiatus from working on ships until I get these issues sorted out.

Everyone tells me to wait for government assistance, but I haven't the slightest clue when that will actually start or when it will ever be finalized.
