Amalgam issues: what are your thoughts? in Health ·
Amalgam fillings and dead teeth (especially those with hollowed-out root canals) trigger a massive range of health issues.
We're talking cancer, MS, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, depression...
Every single one of those fillings contains over 25% mercury. It’s impossible for that stuff to just stay trapped forever inside an amalgam bond made of various metals and binders. Then you have the galvanic currents that inevitably kick in whenever two different metals touch. It's the exact same thing that happens inside a battery between electrodes—two different metals interacting, which, lo and behold, causes them to erode over time.
Go ahead and Google it. You'll find plenty of convinced people and firsthand accounts (though there's obviously way more info available in English).

For example: http://amalgamillness.com/

If you decide to swap out those black fillings for white ones, you really need to keep a few things in mind:

- Don't do them all at once; remove one filling at a time.
- Make sure your dentist uses a low-speed drill.
- Constant saliva suction is non-negotiable.
- Take a heavy metal detox supplement to help flush your system.
- For natural cleansing, try using ramps (wild garlic) and coriander (grind the seeds before adding them to your food).
- It's also smart to take algae supplements, like Chlorella.

One chilling illustration of how mercury impacts people regarding depression is the higher suicide rate among dentists.

Good luck, and get that amalgam out of your teeth and your body.
Unfortunately, wherever there’s a need, there’s going to be abuse. Based on the poll, most people on this forum support organ donation (myself included), but the dark side of this entire "humanitarian" concept is a total void with zero light in sight...

Because what does it matter if hundreds of poor people are killed when money is the only thing that rules this world? There are over 6,000,000,000 of us out there...

Just read today's article in The Washington Post and check out that exhibition in Prague from March 4th, 2008.

Hannah Thomas28 said:My mom has been on B17 for four months now, taking 1500mg daily in pill form. She also eats apricot kernels—they say the ones from South America are the best. The local ones are too sweet; they need to be bitter.
The kernel is basically sugar and cyanide. The idea is that cancer loves sugar, so it gets lured in, and then the cyanide attacks the cancer cells... When using B17, you have to cut out all other sweets, otherwise, it doesn't work. She’s also taking some Vitamin C, Calcium, and Magnesium...
So yeah... I honestly don't know how she'd cope if she wasn't taking B17...
It's pancreatic cancer, so we aren't losing anything since she isn't on any other medical treatments right now...
The doctor told us B17 won't help her, but he also said it won't hurt her either.

B-17, or Laetril, or amygdalin, is this complex molecule made up of two glucose molecules, one benzaldehyde molecule, and one cyanide molecule.

Because of a specific enzyme found in tumor cells (but not in healthy ones), Laetril breaks down into its component parts, and the cancer cells lose the fight because of it. The famous FDA banned Laetril as a drug, so it seems like it's mostly just doctors in Mexico practicing it now. It has helped plenty of patients, though it seems more effective when given intravenously rather than orally. There's also the Hunza people in northern Pakistan who eat tons of Laetril in their diet and don't get cancer.

Even with the positive effects of this supplement, you really should only use it under the supervision of an experienced doctor who actually knows about it. And those kinds of doctors are becoming harder and harder to find every day...
Do doctors actually have a moral code? in Health ·
I’m not sure if this is 100% accurate, but I heard that back in ancient Rome, doctors used to receive regular retainers—basically guaranteed payments while their patients were still healthy. If the patient actually got sick, the income stopped, but the doctor was still obligated to provide treatment.

In our modern, "civilized" world, everything is flipped on its head. You pay the doctor—whether it's a private specialist, an out-of-network provider, or through your insurance co-pay—only once you're already sick. Because of that, it’s incredibly profitable for physicians, Big Pharma, medical device manufacturers, and everyone else tied to the industry for patients to stay sick as long as possible... just so they can keep billing.

It’s probably in none of their interests for natural remedies, cheaper treatment methods, or low-cost generics to exist. If those became the norm, the profit margins would vanish.

People are weak. They want a "magic pill" to fix them instantly without ever touching their diet or managing their stress levels. That’s where the powerful alliance between doctors and pharmaceutical companies steps in, and everyone stays perfectly happy with the status quo.

At the end of the day, doctors are just humans, and humans are flawed. It’s no surprise that some succumb to the pressure and start seeing dollar signs instead of the actual person standing in front of them.

Regardless, health is a massive business. People will throw every cent they have at it just to stay healthy, capable of working, and ALIVE.
Trouble waking up in the morning in Health ·
ironseal13 said:Like the title says, I wake up every single morning feeling absolutely wrecked—like someone ran a steamroller over me all night. Though, if they actually had, my spine might be a little straighter than it is now... Every time I move after waking up, my joints make that clicking sound—you know the one. I feel trashed, even if I didn't hit the gym the day before. There’s also this constant "heaviness" in my head, mostly concentrated at the base of my skull. That’s the part that really worries me; I don't want to spend my mid-twenties feeling perpetually exhausted and basically walking around like a zombie.

I'm not sure if there's a connection, but I also have PCOS. I stopped treating it with birth control pills because the nausea was unbearable, and now I'm dealing with GI issues too (got an appointment coming up soon, likely looking at a gastroscopy).

Honestly, it's getting depressing. Not long ago, I was a healthy young woman—active, athletic, no acne, no excess hair, and without these massive emotional highs and lows.

If anyone has any advice, please share.

Hey,
It sounds to me like you just have too many toxins in your system. You really need to detox your liver and everything else.
For cleansing, try things like bitters, chlorella algae, or wheatgrass/barley grass. It would also be a good idea to add some essential fatty acids (like flaxseed oil—great for skin, hair, and nails).
Go talk to a herbalist about some full-body detoxification options.

For bee stings, wasps, or mosquitoes, you should use Sina ointment.
So, it looks like there's this new cancer drug that might actually shrink tumors. It’s called Dichloroacetate, chemical formula Cl2CHCOONa (sodium salt of dichloroacetic acid Cl2CHCOOH). Researchers over at Albany University in Canada have been looking into it for a while now... they're reporting tumor reductions of about 70% after just three weeks of use. That's using a tiny dose—roughly 10mg per kg of body weight, which is about 1 gram of the substance a day. According to some unofficial websites run by Michelakis and Dr. Archer, it likely won't affect two specific types: sarcoma and small cell lung cancer.

The drug itself isn't expensive, maybe $1-$2 a day. Since you can't patent the substance, big pharma has zero interest in funding the research. But, since the stuff is already known to be safe from other studies, it probably won't be long before it starts being used properly...
You can find more details on this site:

http://www.thedcasite.com/

Best,
Research is still rolling in, and this time they found that pomegranate can actually slow down lung tumor growth. Eat more raw fruit (and veggies too) instead of all that processed junk from the factory:

Edward Taylor78 said:I was thinking about starting some vitamin and mineral capsules. I thought I'd just go with a Centrum multi from A to Z, including iron...

...anyway, my hair is giving me so much trouble (it gets greasy so fast, it's thin, and lately it's been falling out constantly, plus I don't have much to begin with), my skin too (my face has literally "puffed up" over the last six months, covered in acne), and my nails... they just keep breaking
and my teeth have weakened recently, they're way more sensitive...

Hey,
I’d suggest supplementing your diet with essential fatty acids (linoleic and linolenic) or Omega-3 capsules (EPA and DHA). The cheapest way to get those essential acids is flaxseed oil, which absorbs better if you combine it with protein from fresh cow's milk cheese (the Budwig diet). That routine totally fixed my complexion, hair, and nails.

Stay away from trans fats—they're everywhere in processed junk food. Look for things on labels like hydrogenated oils or partially hydrogenated vegetable oils...

If you aren't eating tons of raw fruits and veggies, you'll need to take vitamins—basically all of them. And if you're going to bother, go for the high-end stuff: Nutrilite or Twinlab.

And always ask questions. You can never have enough information...
What should I eat first? in Health ·

Or the other way around 😕 , which is better?

p.s. sorry if this topic already exists

It’s healthier to eat fruit first, then wait about 30 to 60 minutes before having a regular meal. You can include veggies in your main meal (like we usually do with salad), or you can eat them beforehand (the way Francuz does).

After a meal, wait at least 2 hours—though 3 is probably better if you want to have fruit again.
While I was looking into ways to manage MS, a friend from the States mentioned something called Naltrexone. It’s easy to get, isn't expensive, and you just take it in tiny doses—around 3 to 4.5 mg a day. Originally, this stuff was used at high 50 mg doses to help people kick addictions like alcohol or smoking.
It’s wild how much people online claim this is a miracle for MS, but what really caught my eye was how it supposedly helps with all kinds of autoimmune issues, including cancer:

http://www.lowdosenaltrexone.org/#Wh...een_useful_for

I checked with our local pharmacies immediately, and they told me it's not available here in the US. However, you can actually pick up a 28-count pack of 50 mg tablets through Union Square within about a week for around $115.

I hope this info helps someone out,

I don't doubt you mean well, and honestly, thanks for wanting to help—every bit of info helps. But you have to understand something. Most of us here—whether we’re fighting cancer ourselves, watching a family member struggle, or already mourning someone we lost to this disease—have poured through hundreds of pages on alternative treatments. Many of us have actually tried these methods, only to end up realizing exactly what was said from the start: there is NO CURE FOR CANCER!!! That's why we get so sick of these massive advertisements claiming 90% cure rates. Which patients are they talking about? What kind of cancer? Where are the actual, documented clinical trials? It always boils down to some story like, "John S., a plumber from Berlin, managed to cure himself," and so on... When he supposedly cured himself, what was the actual medical status during the process? It's all just noise...

Just so you know: Dr. Johanna Budwig's book, *Cancer: Problem and Solution* (translated from German and English), is in print. You can check out more details here:

Angela Wright said:slymoose4, thanks again for being willing to share information about this treatment method. I also ask you to understand the skepticism from people who are directly hit hard by cancer. It’s happened more than once where they've had a close encounter with all sorts of "methods" that did nothing but torture their loved ones, offering false hope when there was zero effect. I don't think Una was provoked by the method itself, but rather how you presented it: "my people, I can't believe you don't know about this yet"... It felt a bit like someone was telling us we were stupid or blind. Every single one of us here has done—and continues to do—everything possible to help our loved ones in ways most people couldn't even imagine, not to mention reading the literature and consulting specialists all over the world, not just here.
Una is a woman who recently lost her precious little child, so can you imagine how devastating and soul-crushing it would be for her if she thought she could have saved her child through what you're presenting, and that this cure was within reach the whole time without her knowing? Because realistically, intellectually, she believes—just like most of us—in scientifically proven studies. I think you can find arguments for or against anything, but we need to stay grounded in reality, otherwise, we're all headed straight to hell.
As I wrote before, helping cancer patients is very slippery ground, and it’s easy to end up in hell through good intentions. That's why it's simply best to present what you believe is good very carefully and let people decide for themselves if they want to try it or not. Your mission of doing good ends there, and any extra persuasion usually backfires. Personally, I only believe in God's will, and that through Him, even an apple could heal (but that's just me, others aren't like that).
Thanks again, and just so you know, I'll try giving this to my mom... It won't hurt her, and I see a big plus in this method too.

Yeah, sometimes I speak before I think. You're right, and thanks for the advice.

I want to help, but these methods are like a bull in a china shop.

Sorry about what I said earlier, I was speaking too fast. And there's nothing for me to "enjoy" here.
Betty Allen65 said:Is there a specific reason you felt called out?! A guilty conscience?!

Also, you claim Dr. Budwig holds the key to a cure, then in the very next breath, you say the cure rate is 90%. That means there is NO "key to a cure" for the other 10% of patients!!!!

I think you're either swallowing information without chewing it, or you just don't understand what you're reading... or you're just talking nonsense!

I knew I’d provoke you. And yeah, I felt targeted because I mentioned earlier that I haven't dealt with cancer myself.

In my book, 90% is an incredible result. Honestly, even 50% would be stellar, considering they can't even hit those numbers today despite dumping billions into research and treatment.

It feels like the price of progress and industrialization was way too high—all these new diseases popping up (even if we did settle some scores with the old ones), the pollution we're leaving for future generations, and that constant talk about global warming.
We really need to pump the brakes on the obsession with profit and maybe actually share some of the world's wealth with the poor.

And as for the swallowing thing, I wouldn't recommend anyone skip chewing. Everyone should chew their food at least ten times for the sake of their health.

Betty Allen65 said:It’s the same story every time. From what we've seen, it's always those lucky people who have never even come close to this horrible disease—they're the ones acting like they hold the master key to a cure...
If it weren't so pathetic, it would actually be funny... 👎

You've got to be kidding me, Betty Allen65! Maybe you’re taking a shot at me, maybe you aren't. But if cancer is hitting 15% of the population here in the States, there is no way to avoid coming into contact with it. In my own neighborhood, I've lost an aunt, an uncle, three neighbors, a colleague...

Look, I don't have the magic key to a cure myself. That belongs to the late Dr. Johanna Budwig; she was the one who actually did the research and put it into practice. If a professor from Finland like Dr. Brkki Halme claims that the Budwig method can heal 90% of patients—compared to the measly 16% success rate seen in mainstream medicine back in 1983—then there’s clearly a way to get much better survival rates...

As for mainstream medicine, you've got doctors out there who just don't put in the effort... things often go sideways because they're looking in the wrong direction, and it's just so hard for any new insights or fresh ideas to actually break through the system...

Have you ever heard about what happened to Ignaz Semmelweis? He was running a maternity hospital back in 1847 and realized that filthy conditions—like doctors not washing their hands—were causing huge numbers of mothers to die during childbirth. In his ward, the mortality rate was as high as 13%. It took decades for the medical community to actually listen to him. They didn't accept his findings until the end of the 19th century, and he died before they did... I shouldn't have to tell anyone that basic hygiene is fundamental in any hospital, especially in operating rooms or maternity wards...

That’s why we get so sick of all these massive advertisements claiming 90% cure rates. Which patients are they talking about? What kind of cancer was it? Where are the serious, documented clinical trials? It always boils down to stories like: "John S., a plumber from Berlin, managed to cure himself," and so on. When he supposedly cured himself, what else was he doing during that process? It's all just... blah blah blah...
When my mom was diagnosed with Glioblastoma multiforme stage IV, I spent two hours reading Dr. Breuss's book. Honestly, everything he says sounds convincing... it actually makes sense. But then I spent hours scouring the internet to see if anyone had actually beaten Glioblastoma using the Breuss diet. All I could find was this one girl on a forum whose mother stuck to the entire diet—maybe 44 days, if I remember right—only to die five days later from hunger, exhaustion, and a coma...
So, we picked up that book by Michael Kushija, where everything you read actually makes sense and feels convincing. We started with that macrobiotic diet—this was all before the chemo kicked in. We followed every single instruction in there, and I made sure to only buy the absolute best stuff from the health food stores. But during all those days we were sticking to the diet, my mom's cancer just kept raging... which was exactly what showed up on the CT scan about 20 days later.
It’s obvious that sugar and processed junk food are absolute garbage and can only wreck our health... but what do you make of this? I had a student spend this entire past year bouncing between hospitals and undergoing chemo, yet the kid lives out in the country and mostly eats food their parents grow themselves...
Whatever. If my mom pulls through this—she’s in the hospital right now and in really bad shape—I’ll try giving her that flaxseed oil you mentioned. Why not... but I’m not buying into that 90% cure rate. Not really.
It’s no secret that our terrible diet causes a lot of health problems, but slymoose4, once cancer really starts running wild—especially when you're dealing with Glioblastoma multiforme stage IV—I honestly fear that none of that will make a difference...
And finally, there are obviously people who have managed to survive even the most aggressive types of cancer. They’re the ones who give me the strength to keep pushing and to never stop hoping until the very end... When it comes to my mom's illness, I found survivors online who actually put their full names out there, providing detailed accounts of every treatment they went through along with an email address where you can reach out if you have questions. I’ve contacted a few of them, and they replied right away. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM went through chemotherapy. But when it comes to those who were cured using alternative medicine? You don't get real names or surnames. It always boils down to something vague like "a plumber from Berlin"...

I truly believe it can't be easy dealing with cancer yourself or watching someone close to you fight it...

I know there are tons of methods out there making big promises, only to let you down in the end. But in my 44 years, I haven't come across anything as thoroughly researched and applied as the Budwig method...

Flaxseed oil is packed with exactly the kind of essential fatty acids you need—specifically 57% alpha-linolenic acid and 15% linoleic acid. If you mix that with sulfur-rich proteins, like what you'd find in cooked or fresh cow's milk cheese, those nutrients can actually travel through the bloodstream straight to your cells. It’s how they actually start healing them...

I stumbled upon this health group at:
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/FlaxSeedOil2/
where you can find 72 different testimonials (check Files-> Testimonials). They’re all signed and include email addresses from people who actually used the Budwig method (you'll need to join first).

We're going to see more of these stories popping up because word about how well this works is finally spreading globally—right now, most of the books are only available in German and English.

Through that group, I met a guy from Belgrade who found relief using the Budwig method, and he's actually working on getting Dr. Budwig's books ready for print too.
Betty Allen65 said:Your findings are just generalities. There isn't any scientific proof that avoiding sugar in your diet prevents cancer. If that were true, my daughter would definitely be here with me today.

If we're going to have any kind of actual discussion here—constructive or otherwise—I need you to answer a few things first:

What cancer???
What stage???
What kind????

While eating sugar.

I haven't dealt with cancer personally, but last year I realized there might actually be a way to heal (not just destroy) a tumor cell. That realization drove me all the way to Stuttgart to meet with Mr. Lothar Hirneise to secure a license to publish Dr. Budwig’s books.
Hirneise heads up the German association People Against Cancer and carries on Dr. Budwig's teachings.
On top of that, he started an institution in Buoch near Stuttgart last year to help people fighting cancer: http://www.dgk-buoch.de.

So, you're asking about the type of cancer and the stage. The answer is: all types of cancer and terminal patients.
(Lymphoma, prostate, breast, brain, leukemia, liver, stomach, colon, uterus, tongue, esophagus, lungs and bronchi, pituitary, skin, bone, ...)

The only thing she admitted was failing with patients who already had artificial anuses installed, and she didn't approach breast cancer treatment once metastases had spread behind the shoulder blade.

As far as I know, there have never been medically verified studies for the Budwig method (unfortunately). It's obvious that flaxseed oil producers for human consumption were never powerful enough or interested enough to fund them. Usually, it's the pharma industry funding those kinds of studies to protect their own patents.

All we have are personal testimonials, and there are plenty of them on these pages (in English):

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!

With all due respect, comments like this really irritate me!!!

I’m a big believer in healthy eating and maintaining mental and physical wellness myself, but...............that is NOT ENOUGH to cure every single malignant tumor!!!!!

If curing something this brutal were actually that easy and close at hand, people wouldn't be getting sick in the first place!!!

Sorry if I'm being blunt, but here is what I know:

Dr. Budwig mostly treated patients who had already:
1. Tried traditional medical treatments,
2. Been essentially given up on by mainstream medicine.
And she saw success rates of about 90% in those cases.

Eating healthy matters, though you really need an expert coach to know which foods actually work. But the bottom line is: YOU MUST CONSUME ESSENTIAL FATTY ACIDS.

Fatty acids are what truly control the health of an organism. Bad fats are likely the main reason the body breaks down and gets sick (probably causing many autoimmune issues too).

One more thing: CANCER loves refined sugar, but it hates raw food (meaning raw vegetables, unprocessed stuff).

Charles Edwards8 said:slymoose4, if there actually was a method that could cure cancer with a 90% success rate, whoever came up with it or used it would be hailed as the man of the millennium... besides maybe winning a Nobel Prize.

Food is definitely a major factor when it comes to certain diseases, but honestly, believing that every single patient gets cancer just because of a bad diet would be absolutely insane...

There's one incredibly dangerous theory in Tom's story that we absolutely cannot afford to overlook...

Stopping radiation and switching to holistic treatments...

Seriously, do we actually have the right—and more importantly, who exactly gives us the authority—to walk away from "official" medical treatment??...

Just got off the phone with an active member of this forum, and it turns out she’s dealing with the exact same thing—whether it's radiation or just "my therapy"...😠 😠

Can anyone here actually take the risk of walking away from the standard medical protocols for certain diseases? Just ditch everything they tell you to do and go purely with alternative options...

It’s no secret that spontaneous healings from the most aggressive types of cancer do happen... but it's hard for any of us to actually explain how they occur.

Let me be clear... I don't have anything against alternative medicine. In fact, I actually support it. But when I hear people start talking about "my way" versus "official medicine," I can't help but wonder... are these people actually sick, or are they just dangerous manipulators?

Yeah, there’s no denying it—finding a cure for cancer is easily one of the most critical challenges we face today...

And it’s true—that’s exactly what the Nobel Prize is about.

But that’s exactly right...
Cancer cases are just climbing higher and higher these days...
Nowadays, fewer and fewer people are actually living out in the country and eating traditional food...
Agricultural yields are skyrocketing these days, but the downside is that food is becoming more and more processed...
Stress is definitely a trigger for cancer, but let’s be real—stress has always been around. Wars, losing someone close to you, being broke... people have always dealt with it.

So why wouldn't today's food and toxins be the actual cause of cancer? Just asking...

At last week's lecture over at the Kaptol Center, they dropped some data regarding the actual causes of cancer...

10% hereditary...
About 90% sporadic...

When we talk about hereditary causes, we're looking at gene mutations. But what exactly happens when it’s sporadic...

Does it even make sense to go through with chemo and radiation when you're essentially pumping poison directly into the human body?

Maybe people felt better after being exposed to radioactive radiation in Japan back in August 1945... or maybe in Ukraine in 1985... (sarcasm)

I wouldn't even start typing this if I wasn't 100% certain that Dr. Budwig's research is legit. Her later work treating patients proved every single one of her theories...

It still leaves you wondering why this didn't become the standard way to treat cancer... instead of just being labeled "alternative" by mainstream medicine that refuses to recognize it.
You might find answers like that in a book being sent to print right now. It should be available by mid-April: Cancer - The Problem and the Solution.

Check out this link about the Mariposas clinic. They actually offer a guarantee for cancer recovery. Right now in Spain, based on their current laws, they can at least push back against alternative treatment methods... http://www.mariposasclinic.com/.

(P.S. I’m not trying to tell anyone they "have" to do anything specific, but it seems like the Budwig method works much better when you aren't pumping extra toxins into your system. Everyone needs to make their own calls for their own lives. The more you research—and let's face it, the internet is actually useful for once—the better your decision will be...)
