I just don't get people who can't handle a single little setback without running to someone else to fix it for them.😳
First, some guy I was seeing back then spotted me. 😁 So, I changed my handle. Then an ex recognized me too. 😁 Changed it again. After that, I accidentally ran into an old acquaintance online. He caught on immediately—he jumped right into the thread. I knew it was him because he overuses "???" and "!!!" in his sentences, plus his username was a dead giveaway. 🤣
A few others have clocked me, too. The worst part is when they reach out by just mimicking my posts word-for-word. 🙂 I don't post anything too personal anymore. 😢
Playing the victim. Giving up and sinking into lethargy. Constant whining.

Look, maybe that person is an amazing friend to everyone else, but they just aren't that obsessed with those friendships themselves. 🤷
Donna Wood52 said:I'm with you on this. People like that have a pathological fear of rejection. It's a pattern, too—they often end up staying single their whole lives because of it. And the same thing applies to friendships; these individuals are so withdrawn that by the time they finally muster the courage to call a friend, that friend is already booked up or heading out with someone more "outgoing." The withdrawn person feels that sting of being an afterthought, and then they retreat even further to avoid the pain of another rejection. In the end, those types always end up being the backup plan when everyone else's plans fall through.
And those same people are usually the first ones to ignore you once they find someone better to call. 😛
The people who truly stand out from the crowd aren't just the ones constantly fighting the status quo. It’s more about those rare individuals who manage to pivot everyone else away from the norm, all while making sure every single person in that new movement keeps their own unique identity. 😁
I’ve been seeing my primary care doctor for three years now. Recently, her sister told me they don't actually have my medical records on file and that I need to grab my folder from my previous doctor and bring it over to her office. She hadn't mentioned anything about this before—she just said to fill out a change of provider form and take it to Medicare and back to her. The thing is, I have absolutely no clue where my records are. Between moving houses and switching schools a few times, things got messy. Plus, why is she asking for this all of a sudden? Maybe it's because of some healthcare reform going on? Can anyone point me in the right direction on what to do here?
