I had a nearly identical experience where I thought it was just some nagging back pain, but it turned out to be a kidney infection, followed by intense nausea and then vomiting about two days later...
Then came the fever and everything else, eventually leading to an E. coli infection that actually required me to be admitted to the hospital.
I’d really suggest seeing a doctor and getting blood work and a urinalysis done, just to be safe and make sure you aren't letting something serious escalate.
You might find this a little funny, but honestly, this was a total lifesaver for me.
My sister is pregnant and ended up dealing with a yeast infection, and her OB-GYN actually suggested she try something quite old-school: lard...
Believe me, I was just as surprised as you, but it worked wonders for me too. Within two days, all that burning and stinging just vanished and hasn't come back, even though I’d spent ten whole days struggling with various creams and treatments.
Basically, after you go to the bathroom, you just clean up, apply the lard, and use a Kotex—you can even put some on the pad itself. One tip: keep the lard cold. My mom used to keep it in the fridge for me, which was such a relief because the inflammation was so intense that the cold grease would practically melt the moment I applied it...
In just two days, the stinging stopped, and I felt like a hundred pounds lighter—well, maybe not literally a hundred pounds, haha, but you know what I mean... it was just miserable.
So, there you have it; both my sister and I found relief incredibly quickly. I definitely went heavy on the application and even put some on my liner to let it sit... I kept trying to use plenty of it, even if it made everything a bit messy and difficult to wash off, but it didn't matter to me since it worked so well. I couldn't even sit down properly before this helped...
DEFINTELY GIVE IT A SHOT... It's what the doctor recommended to my sister during her pregnancy, and so far, I haven't had any issues since.

In this situation, you would pay for the shipping when you send it back, but you can factor those costs into the COD amount... essentially, if the item is worth $83 and you pay $10 for the postage, you would list the total as $93. I've calculated those figures so that the other person effectively covers your shipping costs... since the mail carrier will bring it to them, you pay upfront, but then you deduct that amount from what they owe you upon delivery... 🙂

Let me share my recent experience with Cash on Delivery:
It’s turned into this bizarre mystery involving a pair of pants, and honestly, I’m at a loss for what to do next...
I can hardly believe there are such aggressive people out there; it’s actually reached the point where I feel somewhat threatened. This man was clearly not in his right mind. I sold him a pair of men's trousers and told him that using standard USPS shipping would cost $52, but he insisted on using COD. I agreed, mentioning it might end up being about $3.25 more than expected, and that’s exactly how it played out. I had even clarified that if the total came to something like $3.25—say $165—I would $3.25 refund him the difference so the net amount would be $155. However, because it was my first time handling a COD shipment, the final cost hit $165 instead of $155. To make matters worse, the man apparently opened the package, decided they didn't fit, and sent them back to me demanding that I pay $60 to cover his return shipping, which I flatly refused. Right now, his money is just sitting here with me. Then, the pants were returned to him again, forcing him to pay $8.25 all over again..
The package arrived opened, and he sent it back in that same condition; I have no idea how the post office even accepted it like that. I suspect the size simply wasn't right for him, despite me providing the measurements accurately. He talks to me as if he’s an expert who has done hundreds of these transactions, acting like this is standard practice, but frankly, most people probably avoid dealing with him altogether!!!
For the moment, the threats have subsided. I’m not engaging with him; I intend to return the extra funds he left with me, but I absolutely will not be covering his shipping costs, especially since I explicitly told him that if it exceeded $52, I would $3.25 wire the difference back to his account...
Now, he’s started making these ridiculous, petty threats, and I suppose we'll see how far he takes this. I really am unsure of the best way to handle it.
I must admit, it's a bit unsettling. The pants were brand new, and I am quite certain the issue was simply the fit, which is why he's reacting this way...
But there is no way in hell I am going to shoulder his expenses!!!

The exact same thing happened to me recently; I sent a little parcel last Monday and it only just reached her today... even though it was headed straight to Washington, D.C.! It's hard to believe, but there's definitely still reason to be hopeful... 👍
Do you happen to have the tracking confirmation? If it doesn't turn up, it might be best to wait until tomorrow, and if it's still missing, just give her the tracking number so she can check the status herself!
