It’s honestly driving me crazy that I have absolutely nothing to wear. I haven't even picked up any maternity pants yet, so I'm just walking around with my button undone because my regular jeans are way too tight. Everything that used to fit perfectly now looks terrible on me. Instead of looking pregnant, I just look bloated and messy. It’s so irritating; I’m genuinely counting down the days until I actually start looking like I'm expecting.

And don't even get me started on my digestion—it’s been a total disaster. I went from being someone who had a very regular schedule to feeling like a literal trash can for waste that just sits inside me for two days straight. All that bloating makes me look pregnant before I actually am, hahahahahahahaha... It’s incredibly frustrating. I suspect people who didn't have regular digestion to begin with probably don't find this quite as maddening as I do..

It also gets under my skin when my grandparents start lecturing me about how "dangerous" ultrasounds are, acting like I'm getting one every single day.. 🙄

That's all for today, back to typing! 😍 😬
Tina.. 🙂 hang in there. I know things aren't easy right now, but try to lean on the people around you who truly understand and support you, especially during these intense and critical days.

I have my own little contribution regarding the arguing; I couldn't list every single detail, but I simply can't control myself sometimes. I’ll snap over something completely trivial and burst into tears, only to find myself feeling perfectly fine, sweet, and wonderful again just thirty minutes later. What hurts most is when those around me don't realize that this phase will pass, or that I just need their patience and empathy while my hormones are running the show.. But it seems I'm certainly not alone in this experience..
I honestly had no idea how much of a headache hair could be until I stumbled upon this 😬

Ladies, has anyone else noticed their skin reacting to jewelry—specifically earrings? I’m obsessed with accessories and have a huge collection, but I never had an issue until I became pregnant. Now, wearing my favorite earrings every day just isn't working out. My piercing holes feel incredibly sore and stinging, to the point where I have to leave them out for two or three days just to get some relief before I can even think about putting them back in. Is it possible that these hormonal shifts are causing this, or am I just experiencing a weird coincidence? Does anyone know what might be happening? It’s getting really frustrating 😢
I’m currently eleven weeks pregnant.
Right now, the most irritating part is having to pee constantly and being woken up all night because of it..
The anticipation leading up to my next ultrasound is also driving me absolutely crazy..
I know this all seems trivial compared to everything you guys are going through and what lies ahead for me 😁

I’ve definitely experienced this myself. I have straight brown hair, yet I used to find these stubborn, curly black strands popping up right along my part—which is usually down the middle. They felt thicker than the rest of my hair and had this strangely coarse texture to them. This was back when I was in high school, so we’re talking about a good ten years ago now. For a long time since then, they haven't come back.

Finally, it's arriving tomorrow! I've been waiting on this tracker 😍 😬

Where did it go... 😬
It seems rather foolish of me, considering I was just using that to navigate back to my own previous threads. There is absolutely no way anyone is going to go searching for them manually now 🙂
Hi ladies... 👋 I’m checking in for a status report. I'm new here, but I’m hoping I'll actually have a reason to go pick up a pregnancy test this Monday, so I thought I'd post. I'm currently three days late, which is unusual since my cycle is incredibly regular—always 28 days, no exceptions. On day 21, I noticed a tiny bit of spotting, and we had some risky timing around day 16 or 17. We'll just have to see. 🙂 👋

slyscout192 said:So you're saying a child is conceived (if I understand you correctly) without a husband, just using his sperm...

Which means there's no intercourse...
What is natural or medical about that? It's nothing more than forcing it...
women aren't livestock...

"According to the Bible in the Gospel of Luke, the angel Gabriel announced to Mary that she was chosen to be the mother of Jesus, the Son of God. For centuries, people had been waiting for the promised Savior. Mary agreed: 'Here is the Lord’s servant. May it be done to me according to your word (Luke 1:38)' and she conceived Jesus through the Holy Spirit, without human involvement."

Does what I wrote in quotes sound natural to you, yet you view medically assisted reproduction as forced?

slyscout192 said:But just imagine one thing: if every infertile woman turned to artificial insemination, and if at least 50% of children were conceived that way, who would want to adopt a child then?

🙄People don't adopt just because they can't have kids! Not everyone struggling with infertility even has the desire to adopt! 🤷 I know two women who can't have children, and neither of them wants to adopt! On the other hand, I know a couple who adopted despite already having two of their own!

It surprises me how some people see the world in such black and white.. 🙏 I don't understand why believers look down on themselves as being somehow BETTER or SUPERIOR to the rest of us—those who don't need to follow anyone else's doctrines—when we decide for ourselves what is right for us.

Also, when I hear statements claiming it's "normal to have a mom and a dad rather than two moms or two dads," I wonder how many children grew up in "abnormal" conditions, raised by a single mother or father, or by grandparents? Instead of focusing on love, the will to live, and the ability to provide for a child's psychological and physical needs... NO! It becomes more important that there is a male and a female figure as parents, regardless of WHO they are, as long as they are different genders—that's what's considered "normal"! 😂

Laura Mendoza said:It’s honestly appalling—pure discrimination through and through. Personally, I’m an atheist, and frankly, I don't care that I live in a country with such deep Catholic roots. 🙄 Honestly, their constant meddling gets under my skin. And besides that, they act as if IVF is some wonderful, painless miracle where everyone is just overjoyed—especially the women who can't conceive naturally and are forced to turn to it. 😠

It feels like I wrote this myself...
I have a close friend who has been battling infertility for the last ten years. Listening to her recount everything she has endured... honestly, it moved me to tears. It is an incredibly heavy burden, both emotionally and physically, for any woman to carry.
Our entire country is rotten to the core, so honestly, nothing about this whole situation surprises me anymore—not even this nonsensical new law. 🤷
