Why on earth would anyone want to use software with an American interface? Honestly, I can't deal with it. Every single program I touch gets switched back to English by default immediately, and that's that.🙂

Look, why don't you just tell me what you're actually trying to accomplish? Because if your goal is just burning a DVD, I really don't think buying Nero 8-ice is your best move.

Yeah, sure, but what if the problem isn't the software itself? If the "MAKE DVD" feature is broken because of some other system issue, you're just throwing money away. I'd feel pretty stupid paying $17 for something that doesn't even work. If you really want the legitimate Nero suite that badly, just go to their website, download it, and pay the man.

Here's the first one, if I read you right. I "spiced it up" a little and cleaned it up, so feel free to cut whatever you want. Oh, and since there was no mention of what kind of numbers we're dealing with, I just used integers. Doesn't really matter though; in a problem like this, it’s not about the data type, it’s about whether the student actually knows how to write a sorting algorithm. 🤷

here's the code .. I copied it exactly like this and it won't work .. tried it without those brackets near "be sure to ..." still nothing ... I've tried everything but when I hit RUN (ALT + F5) it just fails .. and keeps failing .. all I get is a BLANK SCREEN ...
Just saw this code. What exactly did you expect it to do? It’s a program designed to spit out Wabba, Wabba on the screen. What were you thinking?
The reason it might not "work" for you is probably because the program runs and then immediately closes the window. If you actually want to see the output—to have the screen stay open showing that Wabba, Wabba—add the readkey command before the last line. That way, the program waits for you to press any key before moving on.

Listen, the best advice I can give you is to find someone nearby who actually knows Pascal and let them explain it to her. You trying to learn it all right now just so you can teach her? That's a nightmare. Especially if she’s already struggling with the class. It’s not rocket science, but trust me, explaining Pascal to someone who doesn't know the first thing about computers is a massive headache. What you're trying to do is basically impossible.
You can post the specific assignments she was given here and we might be able to write up the solutions for you, but let's be real—you don't just master Pascal overnight like any other coding language.

First, head over to this website and grab the latest version of 7-Zip. It’s a free archiver—think of it like WinRAR or WinZip, but since it's open-source, you don't have to deal with sketchy cracks. It also handles RAR files and basically everything else just fine.
Just download the installer and run it. You might need to reboot your PC after, but it shouldn't be a big deal.
Now, to split the image. So, you've got your ISO image, let's call it Game.iso. Open the folder where the file is sitting, right-click it, look for the 7-Zip option at the top of the menu, and select Add to archive.
A window will pop up. There isn't much to mess with here except for the "Split to Volumes, bytes" option at the bottom. Pick one of the presets. If you want to deal with fewer individual files, just go with the DVD option.
That's really it.
That's how I handled the image for C & C First Decade. Only difference is I set my file sizes to 100 MB chunks.

And why on earth would you need an ISO splitter? It’s much easier to just compress the file with any standard archiver and have it split into smaller parts for you. I don't see the point in using a dedicated program for that. 😕
