I just don't get it. I could never justify dropping that kind of cash on some silly wedding. If I ever did decide to marry, I wouldn't spend more than maybe $3,000—just enough for a nice dinner with close family. I don't understand that mindset—the obsession with finding "the" dress, ensuring it's the most beautiful thing on Earth, or spending $15 $0.00 on accessories. I truly don't understand women who think like that; what world are they living in?
Some "princesses" get married thinking they'll be happy forever with their prince, only to be filing for divorce within a few years—ten at the absolute most.
Even $50 $0.00 is excessive given today's economy. Personally, I’d rather invest that money into higher education or professional development, but hey, people will be people. It's an interesting stereotype—the idea that every little girl dreams of her big day and views it as something transcendental. 😕 I never daydreamed about any of that; to me, it feels like women are intentionally making themselves look foolish, as if a wedding is the absolute pinnacle of female achievement. When you look at our celebrities and influencers, almost all of them seem to think marriage and kids are the ultimate goal, which strikes me as incredibly primitive. 👎 It’s even more absurd when you see girls setting arbitrary deadlines, like "I have to be married by thirty." 😲
