Does anyone know where I can actually find Xylitol powder around here? It’s like it doesn't exist anywhere... not at Whole Foods, not at Central Park, not at Dow Chemical, and definitely not at Terra.😕
Chloe Thompson29 said:help, please... I'm from Canada and I don't have American insurance, so I'm wondering if I can see a dermatologist at Shalatt privately? Also, does anyone have a recommendation for a good dermatologist in Washington, D.C.? I have a rash on my chest that they couldn't fix here in Canada. Has anyone had experience with the Phoenix clinic? thanks!
I bet everyone takes cash, so why wouldn't they at Shalatt. Just try seeing Dr. Kostovic there.

Why does it have to be private? You can handle all of that at the Vuk Vrhovec clinic. They specialize in diabetes, and you can probably just pay out of pocket if you don't have a referral.
Nancy Richardson5 said:I find myself grappling with quite a distressing breathing issue lately; it feels as though I simply cannot draw enough air into my lungs! To make matters worse, my heart rate spiked and I was overcome with nausea... I can't help but wonder if perhaps it might be gastritis or some similar digestive ailment? It all began about five days ago, albeit quite subtly, but last night the discomfort became truly intense. Does anyone else experience this sensation every single evening the moment they lie down to rest?
THANK YOU
Go see a doctor. Period. I dealt with something similar once where I couldn't breathe properly once I laid down. Felt like my heart was failing. I ended up at the ER twice, and they ran every test under the sun—even an echocardiogram—and told me everything was fine. It’s always the same thing: if they can't figure it out, they just blame it on anxiety. That was until I finally saw my regular doctor, the one who actually knows what he's doing. He looked at my labs and said, "It's a respiratory infection." He gave me antibiotics and within two days, I felt like a brand new person. Believe what you know.
I need some advice from the guys here. Has anyone actually found a decent beard and mustache trimmer that doesn't pull the hair out, irritate sensitive skin, and actually get the job done?🙂 Maybe I'm asking for too much. 😁
It's for a gift, and I don't want to look like an idiot by giving him something cheap.
Hannah Bishop said:I already took my Saturday dose today, and it's Sunday! Then I have to take the Sunday pill tomorrow. I’m totally mixed up. I don't get why they have to be taken on specific days like this.
It's probably because the dosage increases throughout the month, so you have to follow the sequence.

I've got you covered. This guy is hands down the best. 🙏
Maybe some swollen lymph nodes behind your ear or something. Why don't you just head down to the ER? You'll sleep a lot better once you know what's actually going on.
That’s just a fancy way of saying they couldn't isolate the actual bacteria from all the other junk. You have to collect the sample correctly if you want results. Use your first urine of the morning. Head to the bathroom, wash up with your regular soap, and don't dry off. Grab a sterile cup, pop the lid without touching it with your hands, catch the midstream flow directly into the container, and snap it shut. Don't touch anything with your bare hands. That's it. Good luck!
Look, Vuk Vrhovec is right over by Kvatrić. I'm not sure which buses are running since they've been doing construction around Kvatrić lately, but you should be able to catch an 11 or 12 from Union Square. Just ask a driver (or if you're driving 😕), tell them you need to get to Kvatrić, then head straight up toward Domjanić Street. Walk, walk, hit the roundabout, go just a bit further up, and you'll see the hospital sign. You can't miss it. http://www.euroave.com/maps/01map.ph...chicago&glj=408 As for the doctors, I heard they have specialists there who deal specifically with fertility issues, so I really don't think you have anything to worry about. You're in good hands! Good luck! 🙂
