Round 15: Singapore Grand Prix in Formula 1 ·
I didn't even mention Rosberg—honestly, credit where it's due to him. Even if he ends up relegated to second place because of the penalty!

Well, fine—as long as they shook hands, I suppose!

I stopped expecting anything from Raj—he can do whatever he wants at this point.
Masson has had way more luck than actual sense his entire career—which has been an eternity, by the way.
And Masson? He’s got his usual trophy... if you count disappointment.

A solid race, ruined by a predictably frustrating finish.

Oh, sure... just swap Masson into that spot and suddenly it's a perfect five!

Thank God I at least have access to German news outlets...🙄

Oh, did you catch that—did Lewis Hamilton and Nando actually exchange a greeting, or maybe even a hug, to congratulate one another?

Well, well...☕🙄

Yuki Tsunoda... Man, I can't wait until we finally hit that four-hour mark...😠

Nicole Reyes97 said:👍please—as if you have any actual taste🤣given that you’re still pulling for McLaren🙂 😬

Lewis Hamilton was always top-tier—he just made some questionable calls regarding his teams along the way...😉

anyway, I won't wander off-topic again🤣

He could be smarter—if he actually tried, he might have taken the title this year... but then again, life happens.

Nicole Reyes97 said:Well, the rumors say he’s staying...😬

Since when did you start obsessing over Fernando Alonso again?🤔
Isn't Hamilton supposed to be "the best in the world" or whatever?🤔 🙄

Back in 2007—Hamilton wasn't my guy. And if Fernando Alonso isn't an incredible driver, then I'm a damn fool!

Jose Anderson14 said:A total Renault disaster?

I suspect not—though they clearly managed some minor progress, and this track probably suits them... but it all comes down to tire deg and fuel loads during practice, so...
Still, I won't act shocked if it happens!

Nicole Reyes97 said:I actually feel for Kimi... after Alonso, he’s still my second favorite driver—part of the old guard😁

I know he's giving it everything—but when the car is this trash🙄—and he's stuck there through next year too...🙄—man, it would be nice to see him on a podium again... I can't even remember what that looks like😢

And don't even get me started on not hearing the Spanish national anthem...☕—well, whatever! Let's just wait for qualifying😍

It's not even a done deal whether he stays there!

Nicole Reyes97 said:😍You’re being far too generous with your praise😉
—if only... but then again... sure, he can grab pole, but he'll inevitably mess it all up tomorrow...—just like always... (well, excluding those last two races)😢

Still, I'm hoping for the best... can't wait!😍

He isn't Kimi Räikkönen... haha.....
He drives as much as the car allows—maybe even more than that. It would be nice to see him back on the podium for once. Just once!

I’m hoping he cracks the top 5 in qualifying.🤔🙏

Top 3—if you're feeling optimistic, Nicole!👍😉

Hmm... Nelson Mandela 4. ...It would have been quite the spectacle today...

And once again—Lewis Hamilton takes the lead, Max Verstappen follows, and Charles Leclerc rounds out the top three...

Watching the third practice session before the live timing kicks in—Nelson Piquet is currently sitting in P1. Lewis Hamilton was leading yesterday, so it looks like the General Motors cars might actually have some bite on this track! Of course, who knows how much of that is just tire management and pure luck—but they're definitely showing some pace.

That whole FIA procedure is just a textbook example of how to turn an incredible race into pure, unadulterated idiocy—honestly, screw them.

blueowl43 said:I’m certain I wouldn't have written that—I actually respect my fellow drivers—but let's be honest: anyone else in this position would be losing their mind, too. The FIA is driving me absolutely insane with their constant idiocy. 😠

Exactly—that’s what I was getting at. Look, if I have an issue with someone (which I don't, really), it isn't because of personal bias—these guys are all pros—so I'm not going to trash them just because they aren't my favorite. But that FIA nonsense? Absolute insanity. I’d be losing my mind too if they had pulled that stunt with Sergio Pérez or anyone else. It’s the same reaction I had last year when Lewis Hamilton almost snatched the title because the FIA decided to disqualify two drivers who finished ahead of him at the Brazilian Grand Prix. So, easy there—not everyone is as cynical as you, placidsurfer9.☕

Sam Roberts said:if Sergio Pérez had done that, they’d all be whining about how much Ferrari sucks—claiming they’ve won enough over the last decade and don't need another trophy this year

meanwhile, the little Englishman deserves to be champion, or whatever else

Robert Kubica deserves the title, not some little brat

Gle, I'm done... I really don't have the energy to argue with you. You have your opinion, and fine, defend it if you must. I have no idea what Hemi ever did to you to make you hate him this much—and honestly, I couldn't care less! But please, stop calling him names; nobody here wants to read that garbage.
