Sam Roberts said:hanging Lewis Hamilton just because of his race, while Max is some sort of executioner
Grow up—seriously—and drop this racist nonsense.
stormybadger8 said:I don't get it—kill me now—is there actually a rule saying you have to let him pass if you cut the track? Did Lewis Hamilton seriously have to give way to Kimi? Does the rulebook specify he has to yield by one meter, a hundred meters, or maybe a full mile?☕
The penalty is just plain stupid.☕

Edward Howard2 said:even if we ignore the blatant cheating, this was easily one of the most gripping battles for the top spot we've seen in ages
As far as Ferrari is concerned—honestly—they’d be better off just coordinating their cars (like McLaren has been doing all season) and handing the win to Massa, rather than playing fair and praying that Lewis Hamilton DNFs one or two races (out of the remaining 🙄) just so Kimi Räikkönen can stay in the title hunt.
Anthony Nelson12 said:Look—fighting spirit is one thing—it’s why we even bother watching this circus—all those overtakes and raw aggression—but there really ought to be some sense of fair play.

Nowadays, everyone prizes this supposed grit above all else—even if it means being a total jerk or playing dirty.
It’s not just in Formula 1, either; it’s everywhere in life.
placidsurfer9 said:Stop whining... this was a fight—pure and simple—no room for pity or feelings here. You all think you would’ve handled it differently? Please... get out of the heat, cool off, and just accept that the better driver won today. Based on how some people talk here, every legendary driver is suddenly a villain—Senna, Schumacher, Fernando Alonso, Lewis Hamilton... it's ridiculous!!!
Only someone completely lacking a competitive spirit could say that. It's impossible to judge whether you've crossed the line when you're in the middle of the heat of a Formula 1 battle... what absolute nonsense. I don't buy it for a second!!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Raymond Ortiz89 said:but you're just baiting people with that Lewis Hamilton stuff
—honestly, why are you praising him so much?
placidsurfer9 said:Yeah—but who actually knows? Maybe Hamilton just loses a little too much grip and that’s the end of it... mistakes happen—they always do...
I'd really prefer if Hamilton managed to pull off the win tomorrow...
placidsurfer9 said:Look, I know it’s impossible—I’m joking... 😁but if the rain hits, anything can happen. If things get wet at the US Grand Prix - Austin, I’d take Kimi over Massa any day—though I doubt Heikki will pull it off... If Massa wants a win, he’ll have to pull some kind of miracle out of his hat at the startto make it happen..
placidsurfer9 said:Fine—you managed to put Kimi ahead of Massa, sure—I’ll give you that. Kimi’s clearly got more raw talent and this track suits him—but seeing Kovalainen beat out Kimi... well, that's just painful.
